@Ppreally111Pp @SkyHelpTeam @skytv it had ran out so began getting emails ratcheting up costs unless I contacted them. Phone call alone cost £24. With them 22 years and never encountered prior but customer service appears to be outsourced now. Utterly poor service experience so just warning others to be wary.

Had to telephone @SkyHelpTeam @skytv to sort contract details out. Put through to a call centre, passed x3 to finally reach a lady who’s spoken English was not conversational & difficult. On the phone almost 1 hour that cost £24! All a poor example of customer service. #bewarned

@SkyHelpTeam The outage is one thing and a nuisance of course, but my real problem is that the hub is persistently crashing / restarting and reporting this was due to a kernel panic. An outage shouldn't cause this.

@SkyHelpTeam hi was there issues with Broadband speeds yesterday in BT37, my speeds fluctuated from 3mb to 60mb... Was causing issues with connections. I'm registered with the accessibility team as having a hearing loss. James

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. My current contract expires in September. Have tried numerous times to do so as advised on the My Sky app & website to no avail! I did manage to find something about renewing the TV package, but for broadband or Sky Talk. Any help would be appreciated!

@SkyHelpTeam So that's a no then. What's the use of a 65" Glass Tv and being told to buy and watch on my phone. Sky Glass is totally 💩 I'll be on the phone to cancel as it was mis-sold to me.

@SkyHelpTeam I've decided to leave after 20 years being a customer - that's how bad Sky is now. The phone service is disgusting. Not even exaggerating at least 80% i speak to don't understand the English language are are extremely rude. I spoke to a manager and he kept speaking over me!

@PGATOUR the Rocket Classic highlights as shown on SkySports in the UK is extremely poor. Only putts showed. Not one shot of the person who won or of the playoff. Watching only putting is boring. Let’s see some of the Drives and iron play!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have recently left Sky as moving abroad. I did tell the agent to send the package to return sky broadband hub to a different address but they sent it to the address I have moved from. I cant seem to login to my account or speak to someone on the webchat.
