    So much for upgrading to @SkyUK super fast broadband. Since the engineer flicked the switch this morning I’ve had no internet and won’t until Tuesday. Rescheduled virtual interviews and now having to use my Parents internet for a connection. Not a happy customer 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam @JoeAgnew10 Hi I expect Sky to show goodwill to all their customers who were inconvenienced today. My wife & I are both working remotely and there was very poor communication over this issue as well as impacting on the work we need to do #skybroadband

    @SkyUK unable to watch sky sports on #myskygo app but other channels are fine. Error code 17c. Seems to be a common problem with @ThreeUK users!!! According to sky help website. Any chance of sorting this out!!!!

    @Cara_Erin @DisneyPlusUK @SkyHelpTeam If someone in @SkyUK has told you you need to get it through them they are just trying to make a sale. This will work like Netflix etc u just download the app on skybox, iPad, TV, Xbox etc and login

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel a openreach instillation, tried through the phone, told as it was booked cannot cancel, I have to cancel contract after it is installed, which is a waste of time and money already cancelled sky Q, thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with connecting skyq boxes on line. I got Q upgrade installed this morning and the box keeps losing connection both through hardwire and Wi-fi. My broadband is working fine for everything else. Getting very very frustrated

    @SkyUK appalling services - made decision to upgrade in Jan to ultrafast and it was finally completed yesterday - except the person at sky who pushed the upgrade failed to mention 1. the logistics or installing FTTP and damage to my home and also that i would hv to connect phone

    @SkyUK Why do your Q remotes work in 2 directions? If you press SELECT and use UP... the channels go DOWN in number... but if you use the standard UP / DOWN to the right of MIC & REC... pressing UP makes the channel number go UP in number. It's driving me NUTS 😠😠😠

    @SkyUK I have been using #skybroadband for four months now and the service is absolutely atrocious. It’s impossible for two people to work from home due to such terrible connection. Your customer service was entirely unhelpful in this matter. How do you plan to resolve this?
