@OpenreachHelp @SkyUK @WeAreOpenreach I lost my sky broadband service on Friday when you were working on the SW cab serving my house RM26EP. Sky arranged an OR engineers visit yesterday pm. Engineer failed to arrive. Service still down with no fix date.

@SkyHelpTeam , what a joke telling me that because I had an issue with Sky Go, they can’t compensate me because the app is ‘free’. Never mind I can’t access my paid content and the costs for the app are absorbed by their other subs. Pay a fortune for this service. Shocking!
