@SkyHelpTeam my broadband is running very slow. I have done the line tests and all it says, is that it might be caused by extreme weather and will return to normal in 7 days. We haven’t had any extreme weather since it dropped 5 days ago. It’s well below my min guaranteed speed.

@SkyUK Been a customer for 17yrs, paying £147 per month and just been told I cannot upgrade to Sky Glass because I have two accounts - one being a mobile phone account on normal credit agreement plan. Prevents system from allowing me to upgrade!! UNBELIEVABLE! Bye bye Sky 👋
