Mid stream and broadband goes down in BT23 @SkyHelpTeam. Run through all the checks and it appears to be a Sky fault... Will have to hope it's fixed by the morning now.

@SkySports Not a Liverpool fan I admit, but thought the best one today was Henderson going down with an obvious injury, no contact, and the ref awards a free kick!?! They do not appear to understand the game, and suspect few of them have played it

@SkyHelpTeam I can't see my exact package details but have sent details of the package we took, you look it up and stop dancing around the problem. I have confirmed we have Box sets in our package, Devels appears in Box sets but we can't watch it. I think you just need to cancel and refund.

@SkyUK just discovered your common problem of NO CATCHUP ON SKY ATLANTIC and system asking for us to UPGRADE. SKY Atlantic is part of our package and if catch-up on SKY channels is not included then cancel it and collect the equipment.

@Scotty061289 @VellyGrrl @SkySports He explains why they don’t always use subs, and we do have a squad of 20 + players, but we currently have 10 of them injured, which means we have 15 players to play on average 3 games every 10 days for the next 6 weeks, it’s not that hard to understand why there is an issue

@SkyHelpTeam hi sky help team, my sky q box seems to be having some trouble at the moment. Seeming to need to reboot it daily due to both audio stuttering and frequent kidders recordings. (Deleting the recording and re downloading often fixes it). Silver boxes wobble too
