    @SkyHelpTeam hi. Keep getting told I'm shy diamond customer. Phoned sky protect who provisionally booked me in a visit. Transferred me to sky to get earlier appointment. Man did not understand what i was saying. When I repeated myself he hung up. Elderly and vulnerable and angry
