    @SkyHelpTeam can I just say trying to reactivate your Discovery+ account on skyQ box is nearly impossible. It took me about 40 minutes after signing into my account to be able to enter six digit code. First there’s no where to enter the code and the robot help is a pain

    @SkyHelpTeam is it standard to charge a large amount for a top broadband package and then give me a 1/2mb download speed per second so my game will take 17 hours to download? I left virgins poor service to get a worse one..... It's amazing how you managed it

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t work on 4g or 5g. 3g isn’t an option on iphone 12 but you should know that. Many users have this problem. Can you fix this or can you rebate me my bill that i pay for this service?
