@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but on the service status page it just says it’s fine. It’s only when I test the connection that it says there’s a problem and then it goes back to saying it’s fine? Does this mean there’s someone fixing it at the minute, as if you think it’s fine I don’t think you are?
