@SkyHelpTeam my broadband and phone line went down this morning as a result of open reach engineers doing works in my street. I was advised at lunchtime by the engineer it would be fixed within an hour. I'm still waiting can can't get through to anyone to talk to.

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, i closed my broadband account in August. I have been charged the bill multiple times since then, and fees on not returning my router despite doing so /and/ giving you the tracking info. i have been promised refunds several times and never received them.
