@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been cut off 3 times after talking with people, who keep telling me they will help or transfer me, totalling 1 hour 40 min.....it’s ridiculous!!!?

@SkyHelpTeam No, as they have failed to spot the issue in 6 months of calls. I managed to solve it in 3hrs, by resetting every device in the house individually and changing the 5ghz wireless channel. Something they never suggested once.
