@mattielmo2 @SkyHelpTeam We're in M32 and ours has been down since last night. Completely stuck- couldn't do anything we needed to do. Ended up having to buy extra data from our phone provider and wing it.

@SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband sky broadband has been down the whole day near Preston - Honestly a joke - you can understand a few hours come on sky no updates on the actual issue and if you go by people on twitter the situation seems to be migrating to Manchester - really poor

@alisonbcoleman @SkyHelpTeam They don't know how long it will take and you knowing the issue won't make it better. If they give a timescale and are wrong then that's worse than saying nothing. Chill out, it's a problem to fix, it's not on purpose and they gain nothinf from it. Threatening to switch is silly.
