@SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang & spoke to one of your advisers! It’s not saying that there’s an area outage on your system but there is!! I’ve been in touch with numerous people who live near me & are with sky & broadband isn’t on for any of us! It’s the DE4 area!

@SkyUK Sky Broadband down again (2nd morning running) today in DE4 area ! Spoke to one of your advisers who argued that it couldn’t be down becos her computer said it wasn’t!! What a joke!

@Beffachu @YawnBros @SkyHelpTeam Is yours broadband still off, I’ve just been speaking to a human and there saying there is no outage and the issue as been fixed so booked me an engineer for Monday!! Even though I explained that people on Twitter in this area are having the same issue
