    @SkyHelpTeam Really poor experience, got a Sky VIP email offering me a Sky Cinema deal, I sign up for it and find out I’m not getting the offer I signed up for. Contact yourselves and told they have no record of that deal…really bad customer experience.

    @SkyHelpTeam Revolutionary tool that. Test it, it’s broken, check all your wires, test it again, it’s broken, check all your wires again, test it again, it’s fixed…. I’ve not touched a wire at any stage as I know it’s fine At what point are these outages cause for investigation at your end

    @skycomplaints @SkyUK I have been trying to contact sky for almost 3month to cancel my subscription I was told a manager would call me the next day that was two weeks ago but because I have cancelled my d/debit I have to reinstate this before I can speak to somebody I find their customer service bad

    @SkyUK no internet since yesterday. I have a deadline due in 10 days for a degree. Why won’t an engineer come out to check my router? Is it because I won’t upgrade to a newer one for an additional £20 minimum. Leaving it to @OpenreachHelp to decide if it’s an external issue
