@SkyHelpTeam Refused to pay for a service that doesnr work . Get restricted and cut off during a lockdown even though I promised to pay amount next week . Only 1 wage coming in due to covid . Where is the help ?................ Kids at home need to do school learning...

@SkyHelpTeam Last 12 month I had problems with my Internet.. had engineers out said its a sky problem . Get new box no good .. told to book engineers again . But couldn't because of covid . Still paid ... had engineers out again said sky problem and nothings still sorted so

@SkyHelpTeam Where do I send the invoice to be reimbursed for lack of broadband service? You are not providing the service I am paying for. This is absolutely unacceptable. Going to be raising this issue with consumer ombudsman.
