Very frustrated, Sky promise us 32mbps but we are usually lucky to get 1mbps in the evening. It's the same for others on the street. Despite providing evidence @SkyHelpTeam seem unable to resolve the problem. What a rip off. @MartinSLewis

@WayneBurt06 @SkySports @Carra23 If he mentioned we had not lost 3 in a row at home since 1963 once he mentioned it 3 times or more to make sure we never missed it 1st time round he was loving it.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. We have done all of this. My husband has spent 6 hours on phone to you last week and we had BT @OpenreachHelp engineer out but we are still stuck in a contract paying a premium for the same lousy service. We can't even download a CBeebies show! Ridiculous.
