    A @SkyUK VIP customer for 13 yrs, contract due for renewal, new cost £27.50 a mth more, phone to look at options best is £19.50 a mth more than I pay now, same package is less with virgin, said I would prob go to virgin & basically told ok let us know if you want to cancel. VIP?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply, Graeme! I'm in Lincolnshire, I've seen the tweet about an outage in the area but there's no further info on the service status. Don't suppose you have more info you could share on a timeline for a resolution?
