@SkyHelpTeam Hello. Just going through the sign-up process online, and before I proceed, I need to figure out if someone will install a new phone/broadband point, rather than using the old one, which is in an awkward position and connected using poor wiring?

@SkyHelpTeam Don't worry I have just spoken to someone and they said it is normal to have periods of low signal during the first couple of weeks whilst the lines are being tested....
