    @SkyHelpTeam The team have not been explicit but the Open Reach engineer told me there is FTTC in my area so it's a case now of understanding why Sky can't provide us with that service?

    @SkyHelpTeam N5 completely gone I've called tour team twice gone on every link you have posted and there is no help or advice. There is no connection to your customers to explain what is wrong or how long roughly. Twice in a week just days after I resign a contract with you

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, I don't have time to download a new browser to my phone and test it there. I appear to have internet service back through wifi now, but let's see how long it lasts given this was the 3rd outage today...
