Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

I am disgusted that @TalkTalk was charging my mother for years for a broadband that she never used and when I asked if I could get a refund I was told no they were charging her £30 per month from 2016 and I have just found out I spoke to Tina who wasn’t very helpful.

@TalkTalk well that would by have been possible as the internet connection and phone lines were both down from 20:30, I used mobile data to check and found several people with the same problem. our local press reported it today, check last notes tweets

@tara1966 @TalkTalk I worry more for people who missed the tiny piece saying you can leave your contract without charge in the next 30 days... anyone who missed that is now tied into something they never agreed to as talktalk tore up their fixed term agreement.. This company is abhorrent and crooks.
