Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

@TalkTalk I have had no service since Nov 19th I have had a new socket installed 4/12 and the main cable renewed 8/12 just need to know when the 2 will be connected frustrating

@TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

@TalkTalk Problem isn't fixed after nearly 4 days in M9, people are trying to be patient but we're not getting any reasonable information in return, this needs to be sorted out. Internet doesn't stay on for more then 5 minutes and hasn't been on all morning

@TalkTalk The whole area is! M7, M9 what use is a DM? you are fully aware of this outage which has been ongoing for nearly 4 days!!! Just provide your customers who are paying for no service with an update and what is being done to fix it.
