@PyrionFlax @virginmedia Literally had to move to talktalk to get a better connection. And even then it took 4 months for them to cancel my service. The guy kept putting "wants to cancel" on my account notes but never cancelled. Good luck

@TalkTalk Phone number 01424893488..been told it is still some time to be resolved. Just seems to get run around .she has to walk half a mile up road to get a mobile signal..there are no neighbours ,, I am 200 miles away

@TalkTalk I've made 2 calls to cancel my contract on both occasions I've got to the final stages only to put on hold and cut off. I will now be cancelling my DD

@TalkTalk I've had no internet for weeks! Tried to cancel twice and rejected....told it's got to be reviewed by management. Then put through for compensation. Then cut off. Spent hours on the phone to you. Half the time the line breaks up
