Hi .@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup what is wrong with your customer service? Called them 4 times and it keeps disconnecting. Nobody bothered to call back. This is disappointing, unacceptable and very bad experience.

@SupercatScout @TalkTalk You got further than I did; I just got passed from pillar to post abd then eventually cut off. I’d figured out they didn’t know how the hell to deal with activation problems after 1st August. Hope you get sorted. I’ve given up on them. Gonna get my sport fix elsewhere.

@TalkTalk Dossers! The service is horrendous. I phoned to cancel my contract and it took nearly 2 hours. A combination of extremely poor lines, coercion, incompetent staff, being cut off and a user-unfriendly system has left me extremely dissatisfied.

Today. Letter from @TalkTalk telling me the final bill for their service to me includes a cancellation charge, despite being assured this had been squashed. Wife: "Told you so".

I'm sorry that my stream was cut off early last night, we can thank @TalkTalk and their absolute garbage internet for that. Worse that I'm trying to watch a stream myself RN and I can't because, once again, getting less than 4mbps from @talktalk Wouldn't recommend!!! 🤮

Worst thing I done was change my broadband from sky to @TalkTalk have had nothing but problems. Currently they have found a fault on my line and need to send an engineer which I will have to take a full day off work for, and they might decide to charge me £65 for the privilege 🤬

@TalkTalk Not a chance, twice I've done that now only to find out you charge me more than you should and the things you say you've fixed you haven't. Your service is trash and I don't want to talk to you about it anymore!
