Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

Duck @TalkTalk man. Dealt with this horrible wifi with being told numerous times there's nothing you can do to help. I email and talk to you but you don't help. Been trying to stay a loyal customer but this how we get treated. Ducking sucks

@TalkTalk your customer service is an utter joke and you make your cooling off free cancellation period a complete lie. We refuse to pay anything when we have tried FOUR times to cancel with your team and get nowhere because no one can put us through to the right department 1/2
