@TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

@TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

@TalkTalk I've been erroneously billed for a disconnect, spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue to no avail, SMS service also useless, attempted to make a complaint and was told I'd get a call back, never did, only to receive an email saying you presume I don't need support.

Anyone thinking of changing/ updating to @TalkTalk fibre broadband, don't bother. They can't provide a bad service, you will lose your internet for so long!!!! I have had my Internet off for 9 days now!! Bloody joke!!!

@TalkTalk No you can't! I have tried that and spoke to at least a dozen of your staff. Who all tell me it's a different problem and there's nothing to do but wait. Currently been told it will be 5 days working days from today but I have no faith it will be as everyone else so far was wrong

@TalkTalk day 3 since swapping and still no Internet. Customer service advice is it's a talk talk IT issue and it'll be fixed in 3-5 working days so we gave to wait. How is this appropriate? #talktalk
