@charlesmj TalkTalk have absolutely awful customer service in my experience. Haven't had any major issues with NowTV in two years but router strength isn't amazing.

I will definitely be cancelling my @TalkTalk broadband tomorrow and there's not a chance in hell I'll be paying to leave early. My Internet is flaky at best again today and I am not getting the service I pay for.

@TalkTalk - Hi, I am having problems with slow speed since afternoon of July 13, 2021. I cannot find any way to report a fault from My Account and Run Line Test is failing with a message and asking to come back later. Is there a way to report a fault?

@OpenreachHelp Is there any chance you can give a timescale on when my house will be connected? Talktalk currently have no customer service due to the unrest in South Africa, so they cannot chase you for an update. I work from home and they said it would be done by 25/06
