    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk is there any problems with the internet in Plymouth ... I have a red light flashing and no connection !! I have to 15 online exams tomorrow so please help!!!

    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk your customer service towards existing customers is a disgrace. I call to notify you I’m moving address and your call centre staff stated treating me like I’m a new customer. A credit check and £25 to transfer my services. Next joke?

    I’ve been a customer for a year so why do I need to be credit checked at an address I’m not even living at yet? £25 charge too. You’ve lost my custom. @TalkTalk loss is @BTGroup gain. I look forward to being looked after by my new provider who may I add haven’t charged me today.

    @SteelDalek1 @almuckersie This is the inevitable result of appointing someone to head NHS Track and Trace whose previous significant experience was heading up what is widely acknowledged as the UK’s worst Internet Service Provider, TalkTalk. And so it continues ... .

    @TalkTalk Internet been down for 3 days now. Been told that an engineer is looking into it but may be another 3 days. That's almost a week without Internet! Is this affecting other people in KW1 5LU area ie Wick in north Highland?
