    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    @TalkTalk I have been on the phone for an hour, my 80 year old father who's recovering from cancer and is on dialysis has no landline and Internet for 2 weeks, his panic alarm won't work due to the land line being down. We require urgent assistance and your staff can't help me.!

    @TalkTalk Ian , The issue is not with the speed I'm getting, but with the renewed contractual minimum speed. I've sent more info in a DM.

    I've not been asked what the issue is, what I would deem an acceptable resolution, and even though they have my mobile number, I've received no call to try and expedite a resolution. This just adds to the list of examples of how @TalkTalk has zero consideration for its customers.

    @TalkTalk after calling to close my account three times, paying over a month’s fees on hold as well as a month internet at an address I no longer live at due to you delaying I have been told today that an engineer will go (to my previous address) to install broadband. Terrible

    @TalkTalk I have had no internet for 6 weeks now and I cannot get through to customer services at all. The online service to move the internet does not work either. It is really bad customer service please can someone assist me

    @TalkTalk Phone down last week, on/off intermittently. Worked today now off again. Reported and told it national issue with outreach and nothing can be done. No managers on a Sunday- what kind of nonsense is this?
