Lizzy Thompson (@lizzythompson1) reported@TalkTalk *APPALLED BY YOUR SERVICE* - after numerous delays to first installation you’ve now cancelled my contract in error(twice!) & I’m told I have to wait 24hrs to start a new contract, then a further 2 weeks for a go-live date & you cannot honour my initial contract rate!

brent parkin (@brentKT7) reported@TalkTalk It's now my 20th day of poor/intermittent service and Talktalk seem incapable (indifferent) of sorting it out. There was supposed to be an Openreach engineer visiting yesterday, but he didn't and I've heard nothing subsequently.
