@TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

@CarabinerIT @FrankEHaschka @TalkTalk 15 to 25. Must admit they have been this bad for about the last 2 weeks but have never been what they should be. I've cancelled with them now. But gave to ensure this until our new provider can install. Extremely frustrating

@TalkTalk This has no relevance to the tweet you put up but why can’t you guarantee fast and reliable wifi if that’s what the customer pays for. Then rather say you will do a 10 day diagnostic test for absolutely nothing to happen..? Seems like you rip customers off and you think it’s ok..

@TalkTalk I have called multiple times and also messaged on Twitter and nobody seems to be doing anything. I involved @openreachhelp and appears they know nothing about service down in my area? So you are saying they are fixing it and they are saying @talktalk is fixing it?!! HELP ME !

@DestronYT @TalkTalk Hi Thomas, TalkTalk blocked us recently for both highlighting how poor their service is and trying to help their stranded customers. Have TT replied to you? Do all of your wifi devices die or is it just some of them? Hate to ask if you've restarted your phone re: 4G?

@Andrew96927752 @TalkTalk I have found that their status page doesn't always reflect what's going on on their network and I've had to wait hours to 'chat' to someone only to find I was in an affected area.
