    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk Even worse is trying to get help on your online chat. Was left with someone trying to rebook, saying will get back in 3 minutes, after 7 minutes chat reset. Then tried to restart and left waiting for reply for over 45 mins. Still no rebook done or response. 😡

    At least I supposedly will get autocompensated by talktalk when there's an exchange fault..Worryingly I just read that they can take up to two weeks to fix an exchange fault. I guess they might end up ripping cables up? I hope it doesn't take two..They said 2-3 days for engineers

    @TalkTalk what’s the deal with the York UFO network? I got an email telling me it would shut down and I’d get further info in November - but haven’t received anything. The WiFi (that was always great) is now suddenly hit-and-miss…. 🤔

    @TalkTalk I've been trying to get in touch with someone for around 10 days now to cancel my account as the contract has run out but have been unsuccessful. Now I've been slammed with extra charges on top of a bill I wanted cancelling 😡 not happy!!

    @TalkTalk I've been trying to pay my November bill for the last couple of days but am having problems logging in. It need to be paid by today & i'm worried about losing my email accounts. Please advise.
