@TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@markandersonrun HAd similar experience, talktalk customer service is dire. They give me two months compensation because it was their fault, but when received bill, they sneakily added an engineer charge £65 - when it was their fault!

@MrAttackPro @TalkTalk I need the same information which was promised but never provided. Talk Talk communications with their client is really poor. There are no point of contacts and their chat is not even working so we are not only left with their email threats wot which we cannot respond.
