Our @TalkTalk internet has been down all morning. We can handle that, as these things happen. Being thrown off chat three times whilst discussing the solution and subsequently being on hold forever, we can't! Poor service Talk Talk! I wish I could Talk Talk to you right now 😡

@TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

@TalkTalk HNY team! Internet service went down last night and fix is 2-3 working days. I’m wfh so can you provide a hotspot/dongle so I have internet access during the wait? Can’t just tell my employer I can’t work sadly. Will my bill be reduced for this downtime also?

@TalkTalk It seems the internet came back this morning @TalkTalk However, if you are able to tell me there was an outage in my area, why couldn't the webchat adviser. I wasted more than an hour, plus my mobile data, plugging in routers etc! All I needed to know was what you have confirmed!
