    @TalkTalk My broadband connection has been very unstable this evening, disconnecting multiple times. When I ran a online test it simply said 'track fault' with no additional information, what does this mean?

    @TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    @TalkTalk I raised a complaint on Saturday, and was told I'd have a receipt confirming it within 24 hours and I've had nothing. The device I've received since my switch had been simply awful.

    @DanielHyde @TalkTalk Already gave that a go (the PC the powerline adapters are normally used for was temporarily moved upstairs and disconnected from the router. Same outcome as originally found - barely 2Mbps down and not even 1Mbps up.

    @TalkTalk We have the same issue others are reporting, the internet keeps dropping out. Got worse over weekend. Now no internet at all. We have done all the online checks but still not working. Please advise

    @TalkTalk garentee's they will call you Monday at a given time, convincing me that I will not have to contact them, they will contact me for a change. But nope. Can't stick to their words. Not about my appointment, nor about a simple call back. Outrageous service @MoneyTelegraph

    @talktalk your service is a disgrace! Paying for something I am not getting & get fobbed off with solutions that don’t work! Trying to speak to someone in technical team is a farce, your automated service doesn’t give option I want so have to say I am leaving which could be soon!

    @TalkTalk have the worse customer service in history my grandma been with them 20 years and now having to move into a home struggling to cancel as cannot pass the security as was done so many years ago by my granddad who died few years ago would never recommend them to anyone 1/

    @TalkTalk As new customer I'm not impressed. 3rd bill and charged for engineer I cancelled within time. 1st problems upgrading account. 2nd problems with bb & youview service, 3rd additional charges. 3 bills on £26 a month bills add up to £190? At least got upgrade (over a month later)
