@TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

@TalkTalk I have had no service since Nov 19th I have had a new socket installed 4/12 and the main cable renewed 8/12 just need to know when the 2 will be connected frustrating

Signed up to @TalkTalk a couple of weeks ago and had nothing but problems since. Broadband is so slow making it extremely difficult working from home; called AGAIN today and the automated message says there has been a fault with the service since 10 June?! Absolute joke.

@TalkTalk My broadband is extremely slow and has been since it was connected 2 weeks ago. Apparently there has been a fault with the service since 10 June?! When is this likely to be fixed? I work from home, which is almost impossible given the unreliability of broadband.
