@TalkTalk My broadband connection has been very unstable this evening, disconnecting multiple times. When I ran a online test it simply said 'track fault' with no additional information, what does this mean?

@TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

@TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

@TalkTalk Hmm.. why am i not surprised. less than 50 minutes left for the Openreach engineer to show up, no phone call, no router or Wi-Fi gear. support so far have wanted to cancel my order, then couldn't find it, then said a survey would be needed, and they would call 1/2

@TalkTalk I haven’t had internet for 3 days or more and have lost work plus can’t send/receive emails. There is no mobile signal in this little rural village either. Please sort this issue out immediately. I am aware there are planned works but 24/7?

@TalkTalk #Trista Harrison my daughter moved to uni and was sold a broadband package by TalkTalk that has never worked. You take £25 from her every month for nothing. I called twice today and was cut off both times! Is a refund and cancellation really too much to organise!

@TalkTalk I have just called 2 and both times cut off I have had braid band installed 6 months ago. It has NEVER worked I think a refund and the ability to cancel my contract is not too much to ask
