    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk cannot get a link to renew password. Ookla Speed Test says d/load is 1.08. 59 is the normal. Password reset link takes a month of Sundays to arrive in my inbox; and is only valid for 10 minutes. Help!

    @TalkTalk eero hub won’t connect to @ring doorbell. Stuck eero into “legacy mode” as advised and still nothing. If this is the future you can come take your equipment away. 0 point in having 150mb/s download speed when Wi-Fi signal is so weak it can’t detect device 50ft away

    @TalkTalk hello, you're continuing to send bills to one of your customers who has dementia. They don't have capacity and you're insisting they have to be the ones to cancel their account. They are not able to do this due to the dementia but you are not listening!

    @TalkTalk one of my beloved friends whom is deaf. Has just spent the best part of an hour trying cancel there contract, which shes been left denied again! Given a false number to which she was told is a messaging service. It wasn't! This is barbaric shame on you talktalk!

    Wherever we may end up one things for certain is I'm not staying with talktalk after april. The amount of times the net keeps going down is disgusting. It's been happening alot over the past few months and I don't know why
