    @TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

    @TalkTalk My broadband connection has been very unstable this evening, disconnecting multiple times. When I ran a online test it simply said 'track fault' with no additional information, what does this mean?

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk I have had no service since Nov 19th I have had a new socket installed 4/12 and the main cable renewed 8/12 just need to know when the 2 will be connected frustrating

    @TalkTalk you have the most inconsistent service out of all the ISP's its constantly jumping up and down and is never keeping a stable connection. It's as if you reel in new customers with new exciting deals and then give them a sub par service. Its disgusting

    @TalkTalk It’s honestly mind boggling to me how half your customers can’t even access their own broadband that they pay monthly for and absolute none of you are aware of your service having issues. I’ve never seen a company so incompetent in my life. Are there ANY good Internet providers?

    @drdavidpatton @virginmedia Worst company ever for losing WiFi! Mine used to drop out every single night with them! Been with @TalkTalk for a good 6 years now and never once lost WiFi!

    @TalkTalk’s future fibre not as reliable as marketed, been off 4 days now. Every time I call ‘could take 72hrs to come back on’. Cust services no help too technical, dedicated fibre support helpline say it’s another department apparently. Shambles! Somebody take ownership FIX IT

    @lizarevell @TalkTalk @Ofcom I am out of contract. I do NOT have a contact with them. Why won't they allow my new service provider to take over the line? I have always paid in full & on time. What is the problem? It's just bullying to make me stay I think xx What do you think? xx

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk hi I'm a customer going through hell atm due to flooding can't access bb TV or box as moved diwnstairs no external socket down there how can you's help a vulnerable person on benefits please? No tv for months u msgd me to ask wots wrong here's my response x
