    @TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

    @TalkTalk I WASTED YET ANOTHER DAY YESTERDAY TALKING TO YOU.. ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU CAN'T HELP ME UNLESS I PAY £60 AND UPGRADE. THAT IS DISGUSTING AS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT NO LONGER. AND WILL PUT MY FEELINGS ABOUT YOU IN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THANKS FOR NOTHING. MIKE SHALLY

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for over 4 hours! Anything I can do? I've done a connection check, reset the router etc. But its just flashing orange.

    With @TalkTalk only but every time I tried placing full fiber connection they cancelled saying my flat only has copper connection. On top of that @TalkTalk failed to cancel previous tenants connection on time and I was not able to place order with any new vendor

    I have never seen worst service than @TalkTalk it's 1.5 months and I have not been able to get a connection set up at my new flat First they canceled my order 5 times without giving any reason. My flat had a full fiber line and previous tenant had a full fiber connection

    @TalkTalk Too late to help me. Now with a much better supplier after you disconnected us in error and just shrugged the matter away. No internet for weeks until we got another supplier. Thanks but no thanks.

    @TalkTalk Moved house 15th August. For 3 months tried to move service to my new address after telling talktalk 7th July. Spent over 30 hours on the phone and multiple chats. Eventually signed up with BT, no problems. Now got an email from talktalk saying I hadn't paid my bill!

    @TalkTalk Yous don’t help though? I’m nearly a week without services & it’s impossible to find out what is going on. Your teams don’t talk, all confirm different things and in meantime I have no internet 😣😣 No callbacks as promised, no updates as promised & several hours wasted…

    So @TalkTalk are saying they’ll refund my friend in 5-7 days but that will be working days and given there are multiple bank holidays and closures over Christmas that means she will be short until January. She’s already living in food and fuel poverty and this doesn’t help her.
