@TalkTalk we keep going round in circles and somehow this is ALL ok. We report that there is an issue with the YouView Box and you tell us there is nothing wrong with our line. I know there is nothing wrong with the line, it's the YouView Box. This is all awful customer service

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I went with a new provider via price comparison, called old provider (TalkTalk) to cancel. Told them the price offered £27pm but on a 24mth contract, they agreed to do it for £22pm, 12 mth contract and first month free as a credit. I have done this before with TT - just call them

@horrocks_simon @TalkTalk I feel your pain, Simon, but I think all ISPs are as bad as each other. The @Plusnet staff seem nice enough, but their actual broadband service is still abysmal, based on 2 months as a customer. Meanwhile my brother has takes of woe from another couple of providers 🙄

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Just got off phone with @TalkTalk. Still in contract but paying above new customer prices. Got through to retentions who matched new customer prices and dropped fees. Stayed with them.

@TalkTalk Here we go again... complaint raised as instructed. No reply within the said 3 working days. I'm back to square one again receiving emails demanding money I don't owe and bouncing around from rep to rep on the telephone. Really??

@TalkTalk I spent over an hour to that number today. Hopeless. Another TT employee understood where I’m coming from. TT either does not understand, or does, but doesn’t care about its hellish customer service.
