@TalkTalk I think the world needs to know how talktalk treats there elderly customers CEO of talktalk Ms Harrison. Our experience has been terrible. We are very upset!! We all should to BT or sky. Especially the elderly.

@TalkTalk I've been on your chat, numerous times, had a call from a complaints manager, who gave me the dame spiel today I got on Thursday! Exactly what else am I supposed to do here @TalkTalk because I'm at a loss as to how you think this is service?!

@doctorwibble @j_mcconnachie @TalkTalk Talktalk Indian customer are not fit for purpose. I am not sure Miss Harrison, if care about customers who been with your talktalk gor over 30 years. But we have been treated with professionalism by Indian service team. I don't get what the impression. I see all the complaints.

.@TalkTalk day 23 of waiting for my account to be cancelled. account still not cancelled, still no phone call from a supervisor to force the cancellation through. fibre account so twitter advisers cannot help. if I have to call on Monday about this...
