So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@ClareForeman6 @TalkTalk @_alicebeer The poor lady’s family just keep getting told by Talk Talk they can’t find the account but are now threatening a late payment fee!! How can’t they charge this when they aren’t able to take payment as they can’t find it on the system!

@talktalk Having made an offer to pay in instalments that was refused, I was told my account would be passed to a debt collector!!! Yet, you have not done so but continue to add charges. I will be forwarding my issue to ofcom. TT’s level of customer service is a disgrace
