@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk I know you can’t give exact times, but between 8am and 1pm is a five hour gap. The engineer must have a schedule of jobs in the day so to narrow the time down.
