@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@Benjjjyy @TalkTalk We've had tons of issues with them. At my Mums for like 4 years straight every weekday we had no Internet between 4:30-6pm on the dot and no matter how much we called they did nothing.

@TalkTalk #talktalk No Internet since 3pm today. Person on live chat seemed to have no tech knowledge whatsoever. Come on Talk Talk at least update us on how long to get this fixed. 3 households in street that I know of with no service. DA14 5LE area

@Stella123177 @TalkTalk I've had to argue with them and threaten them, go through ur contract, they're actually breaking there own contract for not doing the service they provide that's how I got an agent on the phone with it

@Benjjjyy @TalkTalk yeah TalkTalk are utter **** lol, last year they installed full fibre at my house, then told me a week later that they didn't and refused to acknowledge for months that they actually had, whilst refusing to upgrade my contract that I had already agreed with them pre-installation
