    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk our go live date was yesterday and we’ve plugged in the router but our internet isn’t working at all. We can’t phone anyone for technical support either, please help as we’re paying for a service we can’t use!

    So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

    @TalkTalk I have been without phone and internet for over a week now and every time I call you I get fobbed off. Have been promised an engineer twice and nobody has shown up. Your customer service is appalling

    @talktalk tieing people into contracts but unable to get an engineer to install a master socket so I can actually use the service I’m now paying for. So currently paying for nothing!! Can someone help sort this?

    @TalkTalk The issue is still ongoing. Apparently affecting Rhyl area (North Wales). Now approaching 48 hours without service. Home schooling being severely hampered.

    The person at @TalkTalk has just informed me that they are not willing to pay for Openreach to investigate the line (shown to have stability problems) until *I* have paid for one of their engineers to investigate inside my house. That is another week away.
