    @TalkTalk our go live date was yesterday and we’ve plugged in the router but our internet isn’t working at all. We can’t phone anyone for technical support either, please help as we’re paying for a service we can’t use!

    So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk your customer service is appalling! I was on a live chat & Leigh-Anne just ended chat before I was finished & now I can’t get live chat back! Only doing live chat as told to send email this morning but got a reply saying you were too busy & directing me to live chat 🤬

    @savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I exercised my rights under cancellation policy with talktalk - I recognised I didn’t want to be stuck with them for 18 months when I realised how bad their customer service was. Sounds like not much has changed

    @savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk They weren't trained properly so when I asked them to change my package back to what it should have been they couldn't help me & passed me to a different department. This happened many times, each time I was put on hold for up to an hour. I was also without Iinternet for 3 months

    @zsk did you know that @TalkTalk won’t send an engineer out to fix a fault at our local exchange that means many customers can’t access the internet for THREE working days !!! How is that good customer service from a communications company in the modern world?

    @TalkTalk Fault reported Wednesday, texts tell me this was fixed on Friday. Wrong! A fault isn't fixed just because I can get dial-up speed, sometimes, if I am lucky. I call Customer Services and they hang up on me 4 times. Fault still there. Completely Unacceptable.

    @savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk Good morning Savan. I was with TalkTalk for nearly 5 years. 1st year was OK but then it was 4 years of hell. They'd change my package without telling me. Their call centres were in India, the quality of the call to the call centres was very poor and staff worked from a script.

    @VimILSung @TalkTalk Virgin is totaly useless At my contract end they raised my bill from £25 to £67 I rang to cancel. They begged to give me new £25 deal. I say ok. But bill still come at £67 (now £134) I rang. They said agent forgot to update deal so now l sign a new one but l'll still pay the £134

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My Mum in her 70s has been charged £60+ for a engineer to come out and fix what was the company’s problem as the wifi didn’t work which is why she pays for the service. Why are customers paying this? A terrible company and I’ve advised her to switch asap.

    So @TalkTalk, are you at any point going to actually provide some kind of customer service, or are you going to keep putting both myself and my mother on hold for 45 mintues instead of sending us the new router it took me 6 hours over the phone to convince you we needed?

    @TalkTalk Thank you, my in laws have asked for help in regards to their talk talk as their is a fault in their controller and they were promised they’d be contacted but they haven’t been! Can you contact them please they are OAPs
