So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@VMO2News So what was the peak? In Terabit per second? Because that is the number @BT and @TalkTalk communicate when they talk about peaks in their network. Gigabytes don't matter, terabits do.

@TalkTalk hi very rarely do i complain or publicly bash anyone BUT i am ABSOLUTELY disgusted with the way we have been treated we have been with you for many years and last tues we lost our broadband connection we have had no help at all still no internet no apology no answers.
