    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

    @TalkTalk Without a doubt the WORST customer service I've expeirenced in my (quite long!) life! I've spent almost a day in accumulated hours trying to deal with an overbilling. Please people avoid this company if you can!

    @TalkTalk I doubt it - that's the problem. I spent 2 days on chats with really unhelpful operators. None of them can tell me the status of my case, despite much talk about 'escalations' & supervisors. They are making it up. I've raised complaints & will just go all the way with this now.

    @TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach "Hi it's Openreach on behalf of TalkTalk, we will be coming to upgrade your service to the fastest, most reliable broadband..." No you won't. No info about this I can look into, no contact, no pros and cons, no website info. Your emails now blocked.

    @TalkTalk Of course... I have a written contract from July @£20/month which expires after 18 months in December. I've been charged £36.95/month since July. I need the agreed contract to be honoured. No-one in support (after almost a day in live chat/call) can sort this. HELPPPPP!
