@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@PoliceScotland Unfortunately this is the way of the worls now. I have my 87 year Mother trained in the 2 word command for the call scammers. I have talktalk blocker on house phone. Obviously a different issue than texts but if your demented or fam member is being pestered its an option.

If adulting means spending all of my Saturday on the phone to @TalkTalk for my issue not to be resolved, then I hate it here. I want to complain, I want a refund and I want a Wi-Fi broadband on my doorstep by a SERIOUS provider.
