    So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

    @TalkTalk your customer service is appalling! I was on a live chat & Leigh-Anne just ended chat before I was finished & now I can’t get live chat back! Only doing live chat as told to send email this morning but got a reply saying you were too busy & directing me to live chat 🤬

    @TalkTalk our go live date was yesterday and we’ve plugged in the router but our internet isn’t working at all. We can’t phone anyone for technical support either, please help as we’re paying for a service we can’t use!

For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven.     @rellierae Also ‘TalkTalk’ Indian call centre is selling customer info to hackers as had several accounts tried to be setup using the email I have only used to setup TalkTalk account (alias that goes to catch-all account that has only been used for that purpose).
