    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk It would take a small book. It logs out constantly, pages never fully load, it’s utterly unusable. Been trying to set up mail forwarding but it never works

    DONT go with @TalkTalk for any sort of broadband deal! Their customer service is atrocious, their systems are ALWAYS down and I’m paying for pathetic Wi-Fi. We’ve all gone over our mobile data rates and I have been begging talk talk to help me for the past 3 weeks with no result

    Mum found today that @TalkTalk are still charging her monthly bill for a contract she finished 8 months ago. She rang up, spoke to someone with poor levels of English and they told her there’s nothing they can do. Actually stealing her money. Don’t think so somehow!

    @TalkTalk I've said it before and I'll say it once more. Instead of sending threatening letters. How about you stop ignoring my complaint. I know why your ignoring it, because you have all the evidence that says I'm right.... Grow a pair and deal with the complaint....

    @TalkTalk Hi Vicky. Thank you for replying. I have been through this several times over phone. Talk can't fix the issue therefore I just want out. It's really getting personal to me that talktalk is just trying to hide and they never follow up with complaint

    @TalkTalk Thanks Mike. I switched to a new supplier in May. BT installed a fibre line & removed the old line (with your service) in error. I emailed TT the next day to explain. Not only have I not needed but I've not had any service with you since May 28 but I'm asked to pay until Aug 26

    @Ofcom I need your help regarding a complaint with @TalkTalk from day one I have been reporting slow internet and poor service than what I was promised. Cancellation department doesn't want to speak and I've been transferred to one dept to another. They also want to charge fee.

    My @TalkTalk internet router is not working. I've received an automated email saying an engineer will come out in the next 3 working days to fix the problem. It's a bank holiday weekend so it looks like the issue will not be resolved until next week! 🙄
