@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk our go live date was yesterday and we’ve plugged in the router but our internet isn’t working at all. We can’t phone anyone for technical support either, please help as we’re paying for a service we can’t use!

@TalkTalk why do you treat vulnerable 85 year olds as you are doing ? No service since 3rd June but yet after you claim you have canx the account still asking for money for service she hasn't had. What about you pay her £8.62 a day that you owe her in that case ..
