@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

TalkTalk have left my parents in their 80s with no working phone since Sunday whilst the engineer fixes a 'fault'. No means of contacting anyone including emergency services. Some way to treat our elderly.

@TalkTalk Promised our service would be up and running from 24hrs to 48hrs from Monday which was already late from Friday due to engineering works. Yesterday told its anytime upto 24/5/22. Talk Talk need to put pressure on Openreach to get the works done. This time lost is costing money
