@TalkTalk our go live date was yesterday and we’ve plugged in the router but our internet isn’t working at all. We can’t phone anyone for technical support either, please help as we’re paying for a service we can’t use!

So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk I called and spoke to several people and got a promise of a call from a manager the following day. Having no faith in that I used your chat service. The handler said the service would be cancelled in 10 days. I received an email confirmation. n/
