    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup worst customer service ever, over a fortnight to arrange a home move and still being messed around daily,m and still not sorted, complaint made a week ago and no contact from anyone regarding it. Never again!!!

    WARNING..DO NOT GET Talk Talk full fibre as when it goes wrong no dept can help you not phone calls not Twitter DMs not TalkTalk chat..so you're left with No Internet.

    @TalkTalk I'm beyond frustrated with your company. I swapped to you from Sky. I've had nothing but problems. I can't even listen to the radio upstairs as the signal isn't strong enough. You offered to charge me £85 for a signal extender. WHAT????

    Been calling @TalkTalk every day this week as my internet cuts out every afternoon and their solution is to send an engineer (that I have to pay for) in a week's time. I am a home worker, who needs the service I have been paying for, and all they can apparently do is... nothing
