@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

Talktalk your service is atrocious, constant Internet down time during the day and at weekends, constant crackling on the phone line, nothing is fixed, issue with the line has been identified but nothing's been done, I had no service today during an emergency. Unacceptable.

@TalkTalk good news may broadband is working but I cannot make or receive calls. My broadband was working before I spent 1.5 hours on chat only to be told to contact the voice team which is closed on Sunday. This is a terrible company.
