    @TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

    @TalkTalk It was a comment in support of another tweeter, not a complaint. I have no dealings with Talk Talk, and as far as I am aware I have avoided all attempts to scam me with dodgy phone calls.

    @TalkTalk why are you unable to deal with my request to upgrade my broadband completely. Spoken to 7 people including customer services (who cut me off by accident). Been with you since 2013. Incompetence astounding.

    @TalkTalk Hi I have an email account with yourself and it is saying it has been suspended but I can’t get through to customer support as it’s not recognising my mobile number as I don’t have broadband or mobile with TalkTalk. Please advise.

    @TalkTalk I’m tempted to produce a thread showing the unprofessional replies as a warning to others on what they might be letting themselves in for. I speak as someone who’s worked within a Customer Service environment and dealt with complaints.

    @TalkTalk can i know why my internet turns off at the exact same time everyday? literally this exact hour everyday for no reason it just goes down and restarts?

    @TalkTalk Once, on a live chat the agent just closed the chat after telling me that he couldn’t help me and w/out waiting for me to reply whether I have any questions. My request for filling a complaint has been repeatedly ignored.

    @Agrbez @VodafoneUK Better than TalkTalk mate (terrible). I changed all my 4 phones over. Got much better broadband instantly OK they stuffed up when they didn't let me know contracts had ended & were still charging me for a phone I now owned. However now have a 20% discount now due to that.
