So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk ...And if you put that into accout some customers would then have to find means via there mobile service to keep internet working at home pending when u finally get to fix it but customer has already spent alot via mobile data and you do it every year long

@virginmedia It’s virgin media. So you have enough time to respond to being ‘outed’ on social media however no time to contact the customer who we have already informed you suffers with mental/physical disabilities - your only response was ‘ring us’😡 @virginmedia @financialombuds #TalkTalk

Wasted an entire morning dealing with the famous (lack of) customer service in the UK: 1. Spent more than an hour on chat and phone with @TalkTalk trying to deal with internet and phone issues which periodically erupt (same thing happened a year ago, and before that)
