So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk But you are still doing it now,all these ppl I can see asking about why there Internet is down and your agents replying let's see if YOU have a problem..its not us .you obviously have a major outage in lots of areas..not yet seen a single statement admitting this anywhere!

Hello @BBCXRay. I signed up to a new broadband contract with @TalkTalk where they guaranteed me 56MBps speed but they are now telling me I can only have 42Mbps. I believe this is breach of contract. Would you be happy to help me with this case?
