@TalkTalk our go live date was yesterday and we’ve plugged in the router but our internet isn’t working at all. We can’t phone anyone for technical support either, please help as we’re paying for a service we can’t use!

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk Experienced awful customer service just now. Received an email stating that my price was rising and I can terminate contract if I want. I find another provider for cheaper, so I go with them, and when I try to inform talk talk, they say the email was sent in error?
