@TalkTalk customer service is as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Getting texts saying you can’t email me. Call to change my email, 30 mins later your customer service are unable to change my email address, after being bounced from department to department

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk it’s shocking that my 85 year old mother-in-law is without service - again. It’s disgraceful how hard it is to contact you for her. She doesn't have a mobile phone, and your system doesn't recognise her number! We rely on this for her safety pendant if she needs help!
