@TalkTalk I know there is an issue as I’ve been advised that some planned work is being carried out without notification to any customers. Somebody in the area has been advised 2-3 days for a return of service although I was told an engineer was working on it as we spoke. Someone is lying

@TalkTalk For the last month your website has told me I can get Fibre 150 and I just need to call up to buy. So I've just checked again and now you're saying it's NOT available in my area, and your call centre shuts at 6pm. Poor. Off to BT where I can do it online and get 150mbps
