@TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk customer service is as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Getting texts saying you can’t email me. Call to change my email, 30 mins later your customer service are unable to change my email address, after being bounced from department to department

@talktalk your recent suggestion to turn off kidsafe so I can get Twitter videos to load isn’t a solution. I have kidsafe on for a reason! Any more idea? Reinstalled app, turn off iPhone, deleted cache. What’s next?
