@TalkTalk customer service is as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Getting texts saying you can’t email me. Call to change my email, 30 mins later your customer service are unable to change my email address, after being bounced from department to department

@TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@santanderukhelp It’s ok, I just tried a couple of other numbers and they are coming up as call failed too. Maybe yet another issue with my @TalkTalk WiFi, that’s pretty rubbish at the moment... Any other ideas how I can pay, I can’t access online due to account being frozen during separation.
