    @TalkTalk It's back up now (no fault with line) as always, it's always near midnight, always comes back after 30 mins of cycling power. Bet you have s pile of users in Norwich area with same issue. Anything in the logs....

    @TalkTalk No thanks, the problem is intermittent (speed drops to near-zero once in a while), so I doubt TalkTalk support will fix it (especially considering it's the worst in the UK), so I will NOT waste my time. I'll resort to switching providers and not doing business with you again.

    @TalkTalk Hi Rose. Still the same intermittent issues. Sometime the signal goes for a minute, sometimes 30 mins. No one touches my router or the cables. It just happens. Bit bored of it if I’m honest.
