    I swear - our @TalkTalk WiFi goes down every other month. I go through the hassle of the check on the website. They say we need an engineer. And then it fixes itself within an hour. Bored of having to do this now.

    @iraa_pappa @TalkTalk Same for us. 42 in queue, going down to 36 in queue over 45 mins. Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? We want to leave!

    Presents for Christmas that require internet connections but a diagnostics test from TalkTalk says they need to send out an engineer & it needs to be booked via home phone line (never used, no handset) & could cost us. I also work from home so this'll be fun Tuesday.

    @TalkTalk But this isn’t discussing my account. It’s telling people that you refused to replace a 7, now 8, year old router that frankly isn’t fit for purpose. And that your service drops out several time a day and since putting in notice has became several times an hour.

    @TalkTalk Why don’t you dare talk publicly? And why would I do that? I tried for over a year to get a modern router since mine is more than 5 years old. You said no and continued providing a terrible service. I leave Monday to a much higher speed and lower price.

Thankfully have a new service going live on Monday, triple your advertised speed (we all know you actually give 10x less than advertised) and less than half the price.

    @Belindascandal @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup This has been happening for months with me finally had enough and have virgin media going live on Monday. Weirdly though the drop of service is now every 10 minutes rather than every couple of hours.

    @TalkTalk our WiFi has gone down, the account holder called you to give you permission to give me a call as I’m working from home. You declined, asked him to conference the call whilst he is driving a multiple tonne HGV?! You then hung up. Left without connection for work.
