@carriemunky79 @TalkTalk @BT @SkyUK Been with them nearly a year for TV and Internet. Not a single issue with the service in that time, engineers were great when they fitted everything and billing is exactly the same every month. No surprises.

@TalkTalk I spent 2H 6m online chatting to reduce my package down to all I ACTUALLY USE, only to discover right at the end, I’ve paid £62 in advance on 1/7 for services that I will now simply ‘lose’ tomorrow, with no part refund. Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

Had a terrible experience with @TalkTalk Been charged for broadband I haven't used when I cancelled my account with them within my cooling off period and before installation. Hours of phone calls and internet chat and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Not happy. 😠

@TalkTalk Useless phone provider. Old dears landline hasnt worked since last Friday, called on Monday to report, was told it'd be fixed in 2-3 days. Called again and "no update" and STILL not working. Over 70 with no way to contact family/friends during covid. Well done talktalk!
