@TalkTalk at my sister's. New customer for 4/5 weeks. Internet download speeds of 0.34 mbs yesterday. No access to Netflix. Downloading an audio book for the last 6 hours. 3/4 downloaded. Awful service. Finally sending new router. Poor show.

@TalkTalk what is the point of having a chat function on your app if a customer doesn’t get any response at all. Also what is the point of an engineer coming a replacing wires only for the average broadband speed to plummet to an average of less 10Mbs!

How is it I'm having problems with all my devices intermittently connecting and disconnecting but @TalkTalk didn't believe me and said everything is fine.. everything isn't fine because I can't access the internet to do my uni work... but been told to monitor it for 2 days 😊😊

@TalkTalk I spent 2H 6m online chatting to reduce my package down to all I ACTUALLY USE, only to discover right at the end, I’ve paid £62 in advance on 1/7 for services that I will now simply ‘lose’ tomorrow, with no part refund. Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

@TalkTalk The manage Lisa King was unhelpful as didn’t have any awareness of my case , when I then explained my case she still seemed unaware as, this was displayed in her response ie, said I didn’t report the lost of service .

@TalkTalk Of course you have a choice, in any case I have raised a formal compliant about my case. What I an pointing out is that you are still advertising fixed rates which aren't, you should take this claim down as you are deliberately misleading others into signing up to these deals.
