Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? Hours of phone calls and internet chat and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Not happy. 😠

So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.
