She cannot wait the two weeks you typically take to resolve this so she is going to migrate to another provider. To assist with this she needs to confirm the Line Code (beginning with UWB)

No in-house engineers to solve problems, lack of will and knowledge of attendees and no reliable system to manage the service. In the end of 2 weeks without internet, they just said "apologies" 👏👏

Their system is not working again, can’t log in and their chat box service and customer response team is hopeless. Need a UK address to send them a complaint. Have you got a contact point?
