@TalkTalk Your UNLIMITED broadband is so LIMITED, it's cutting me off every 5 minutes. Still no new router & as you can't compensate me until after YOU fix the problem, I'm still paying for a service I'm not getting!! Bah humbug!!

@RosieFortescue @TalkTalk I really hope for your sake you don’t need to call them for help, I was helping my mother in law a few years ago and all they did was swear down the phone laugh said we are not helping you and constantly put me through to various other extensions ! We left and went to virgin! X
Despite not having a fit for purpose service I’m told by @TalkTalk I will have to pay to come out of my new contract despite paying for something I am not receiving. I am again awaiting a call back which did not happen last week despite requesting it 😡.

Absolutely shocking service from @TalkTalk. Broadband went live on 29th January and internet continually disconnecting given me an extremely limited service. I have twice contacted @TalkTalk to be told they acknowledge there is an issue but give me no solutions to the problem.
@GazBrett78 @TalkTalk i’ve contacted their support about issues with high latency, they had no idea what “high latency” or “packet loss” was lmao
@TalkTalk All they do is answer a question with another irrelevant question as they are so poorly qualified,they actually have no knowledge & don't know how to help.I've not seen them give a straight answer to anyone yet and their outsourced customer service team can barely speak English!
@TalkTalk In all seriousness though is it too much to ask to be able to have one single mobile device running off WiFi, another weekend another complaint to talk talk because the service is SO poor!!!
