@TalkTalk She can only call you on her mobile because your landline / broadband service has failed. She cannot wait the two weeks you typically take to resolve this so she is going to migrate to another provider. To assist with this she needs to confirm the Line Code (beginning with UWB)

@TalkTalk get a grip of yourselves and stop giving my 75 year old mother the run around. It should not take nearly an hour on the (mobile) phone to get her Line Code. She can't do this online because your broadband service has failed. Sort it out immediately.

@TalkTalk I have been waiting over a week now for my WiFi to be turned on and still have nothing. I have been on the phone this morning and was cut off in the middle of my call. If I don’t get anywhere today with this I will be looking to cancel my subscription.

@TalkTalk 1 hour gone and no response. I do not believe this is a difficult question. Would changing from Future Fibre (which has never worked) to FTTC solve the problem with my router? I have been on FTTC since the failed attempt to get Future Fibre working several months ago

@TalkTalk If I wanted a hard sell I'd have gone into a car dealership. Asking me why I'm leaving (twice!) at the IVR is annoying. Trying to get me to renew when I finally get through to a human by offfering a better deal is really demonstrating contempt for the customer.

TalkTalk is down again! TalkTalk went down at June 13, 2022 at 04:15PM in Blackwater. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. talktalk
