@TalkTalk 1 hour gone and no response. I do not believe this is a difficult question. Would changing from Future Fibre (which has never worked) to FTTC solve the problem with my router? I have been on FTTC since the failed attempt to get Future Fibre working several months ago

@TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

@TalkTalk get a grip of yourselves and stop giving my 75 year old mother the run around. It should not take nearly an hour on the (mobile) phone to get her Line Code. She can't do this online because your broadband service has failed. Sort it out immediately.

@TalkTalk I have been waiting over a week now for my WiFi to be turned on and still have nothing. I have been on the phone this morning and was cut off in the middle of my call. If I don’t get anywhere today with this I will be looking to cancel my subscription.

@TalkTalk She can only call you on her mobile because your landline / broadband service has failed. She cannot wait the two weeks you typically take to resolve this so she is going to migrate to another provider. To assist with this she needs to confirm the Line Code (beginning with UWB)

The worst #customerservice I've ever experienced @TalkTalk Three calls of 30+minutes each (£50+) to cancell my subscription + 30 days notice (£35) + mail back the modem (£30more) = £100+ inclusive three hours of my time

@TalkTalk Not good enough Andy. You've had 2 emails (auto-reply only), one letter, and all you've done is texted me to ask me to fill in a survey for a call that never came (and was never placed) to my fone. Even in a pandemic situation, this is almost beyond poor.
