    @TalkTalk 1 hour gone and no response. I do not believe this is a difficult question. Would changing from Future Fibre (which has never worked) to FTTC solve the problem with my router? I have been on FTTC since the failed attempt to get Future Fibre working several months ago

    @TalkTalk I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to talk to someone about my bill as its came to my attention that you have been over charging every month, no matter how I try to contact to you I never get anywhere as every line is apparently closed, I will be leaving

    @TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

    @TalkTalk get a grip of yourselves and stop giving my 75 year old mother the run around. It should not take nearly an hour on the (mobile) phone to get her Line Code. She can't do this online because your broadband service has failed. Sort it out immediately.

    @TalkTalk I have been waiting over a week now for my WiFi to be turned on and still have nothing. I have been on the phone this morning and was cut off in the middle of my call. If I don’t get anywhere today with this I will be looking to cancel my subscription.

    @TalkTalk She can only call you on her mobile because your landline / broadband service has failed. She cannot wait the two weeks you typically take to resolve this so she is going to migrate to another provider. To assist with this she needs to confirm the Line Code (beginning with UWB)

    @TalkTalk could you help me with connecting my Apple Watch to your wifi at home. We changed providers not long ago and I haven’t been able to connect my watch, but I can connect it to any other wifi. Also got it checked out with Apple who said there was no issue with the device.

    @TalkTalk Yes, I even went in to the Apple shop so they could run a test on the watch to confirm that the device is ok. I saw on your help forum that there have been problems with Apple devices connecting in the past, could this be related?
