    @TalkTalk I have been waiting over a week now for my WiFi to be turned on and still have nothing. I have been on the phone this morning and was cut off in the middle of my call. If I don’t get anywhere today with this I will be looking to cancel my subscription.

    @TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

    @TalkTalk She can only call you on her mobile because your landline / broadband service has failed. She cannot wait the two weeks you typically take to resolve this so she is going to migrate to another provider. To assist with this she needs to confirm the Line Code (beginning with UWB)

    @TalkTalk get a grip of yourselves and stop giving my 75 year old mother the run around. It should not take nearly an hour on the (mobile) phone to get her Line Code. She can't do this online because your broadband service has failed. Sort it out immediately.

    @bt_uk please help! My 89&76 year old parents will have no landline or internet from tmw, due to a problem with their transfer to BT from talktalk “it may take a number of weeks” to get reconnected. How can this be so difficult when their phone and internet work fine now?

    @TalkTalk I complained 13/4 l & mailed 3 times since. In Dec I changed broadband & told you. There was an issue as I moved to total fibre I cont. to pay Jan, Feb & March April I canx DD. You've not replied but passed over to debt collector & say I owe you more £ - I am furious

    On Friday our internet cable was literally cut down because @TalkTalk (not our supplier) got the wrong address. We had to get help from BT as they wouldn’t help sort it. Now without internet for at least a week & can’t work!

    @TalkTalk my daughter is now over a week with no phone or internet! Appalling customer services! Won’t let her speak to a manager because that’s a GDPR issue apparently 🤔no end to this situation as no one seems to know what they are doing! @Ofcom is the only thing we can do now

    @jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk Talk talk… garbage IMO. Cancel the virgin and have them call you up with the same deal offered to new customers. Got a decent mobile signal use that in the interim. Have a look for some deals including a gift card, sky/by have been good for me.
