It should not take nearly an hour on the (mobile) phone to get her Line Code. She can't do this online because your broadband service has failed. Sort it out immediately.

No in-house engineers to solve problems, lack of will and knowledge of attendees and no reliable system to manage the service. In the end of 2 weeks without internet, they just said "apologies" 👏👏
