@TalkTalk Your UNLIMITED broadband is so LIMITED, it's cutting me off every 5 minutes. Still no new router & as you can't compensate me until after YOU fix the problem, I'm still paying for a service I'm not getting!! Bah humbug!!

@TalkTalk Not that I’ve been waiting long on hold to cancel an incapacitated relatives account but Happy New Year for 2020 and, just in case I’m STILL on hold Happy New Year for 2021..... Abysmal service absolutely abysmal........

@LaurenJThom @TalkTalk Same! Been having issues with @TalkTalk for ages. Weekly wifi problems from Monday 12am to Tuesday/Wednesdays. Talked last week, but it’s the same again. :( I WFH and have to use mobile data, and they haven’t offered any money off or helped, even though we have an expensive plan.
