@TalkTalk I have been waiting over a week now for my WiFi to be turned on and still have nothing. I have been on the phone this morning and was cut off in the middle of my call. If I don’t get anywhere today with this I will be looking to cancel my subscription.

@TalkTalk She can only call you on her mobile because your landline / broadband service has failed. She cannot wait the two weeks you typically take to resolve this so she is going to migrate to another provider. To assist with this she needs to confirm the Line Code (beginning with UWB)

@TalkTalk get a grip of yourselves and stop giving my 75 year old mother the run around. It should not take nearly an hour on the (mobile) phone to get her Line Code. She can't do this online because your broadband service has failed. Sort it out immediately.

@TalkTalk Your UNLIMITED broadband is so LIMITED, it's cutting me off every 5 minutes. Still no new router & as you can't compensate me until after YOU fix the problem, I'm still paying for a service I'm not getting!! Bah humbug!!

@TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

@PoliceScotland Unfortunately this is the way of the worls now. I have my 87 year Mother trained in the 2 word command for the call scammers. I have talktalk blocker on house phone. Obviously a different issue than texts but if your demented or fam member is being pestered its an option.

@TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph no internet for coming up 2 weeks. 2 engineer visits. Several hours on phone and chat line. Nothing. We told you on Thursday that the fault is outside the house. Still you send an engineer to check inside. Worst provider.

@TalkTalk I've spent over an hour with your online chat as my Youview box is not picking up any terrestrial channels (normal TV is picking these up already) over an hour waiting and the best they have come up with is turn it on and off. An hour for that? Why is my box not working
