My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.

It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
