@tytheevillan @TalkTalk I used to try multiple contacts: twitter/phone/email. But it was like one big merry go round. It got escalated higher and higher and still never resolved. Gave up and went elsewhere. But the service was just abysmal.

I swear - our @TalkTalk WiFi goes down every other month. I go through the hassle of the check on the website. They say we need an engineer. And then it fixes itself within an hour. Bored of having to do this now.

@iraa_pappa @TalkTalk Same for us. 42 in queue, going down to 36 in queue over 45 mins. Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? We want to leave!

Incredible the lack of management and responsibility of @TalkTalk in @Aberdeen. No in-house engineers to solve problems, lack of will and knowledge of attendees and no reliable system to manage the service. In the end of 2 weeks without internet, they just said "apologies" 👏👏

If you are considering joining @TalkTalk for your broadband, DO NOT, their service is horrendous. We have had a consistent issue with dropout for months, every few weeks we hit another bad patch with no stability and all that happens is they open a case do something their end!
