    Any chance of speaking to someone that actually had a clue what they’re doing before I terminate my service with you. 5 days ago I was told my broadband was up and running 5 days later after hours of being on hold I’m still without internet @TalkTalk absolutely joke of a company

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    The customer service from yourselves and @TalkTalk has most definitely been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely no communication what so ever as to what is going on? We’ve been told our case has been pushed to an official complaint but still no communication

    Hi @TalkTalk, I’ve had an ongoing issue with my youview box since January. It doesn’t record and I can’t play anything back that I did record ages ago, but they still appear on the screen. Can we sort this now please? Thanks.

    @OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

    @TalkTalk This DM service is disgraceful! I am being talked around in circles. Now all of my recordings have magically disappeared, then you instructed me to do a Factory Reset & are now blaming the disappearance on me not choosing to save my recordings. They disappeared BEFORE!!

    @TalkTalk constantly getting no sync and intermittent sync errors. The internet will be connected for like 20 minutes then will disconnect.

    @mycalltwo @virginmedia I just called talktalk, they told me ofcom allows them to terminate the account with Virgin if virgin refuse to let you leave. They've killed virgin from their end, but I suspect virgin will still try and take over. Talktalk reported that they've had people stuck by virgin before

    @TalkTalk your not very helpful when i’m trying to close an account 2hours online and phone only to be abused by a drunk call handler who 3, times asked to speak to a deceased family member .. if you could actually speak to the living it would help!!!

    .@TalkTalk is ready service team the first people you speak to who will@ask about lights on a box or are they people who can actually help? Three weeks, no fix, no call backs, the same tests run multiple times, wrong number given to me, can’t cancel can’t get on the web. WTF

    @TalkTalk My internet not working. The line tests run and the next step after resetting everything and turning it all off for 20 minutes. Not the first time this has happened. And again, no call backs, no internet for three weeks and if I cancel to move over you’ll charge me £150.
