Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? We want to leave!

So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

I also work from home so this'll be fun Tuesday.

On Full Fibre TalkTalk getting 520Mbps with an Eero Pro repeater right next to the main box so its not my broadband. Have tried everything online to sort including having sky booster.
