Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

Downloading an audio book for the last 6 hours. 3/4 downloaded. Awful service. Finally sending new router. Poor show.

Finally went to the loyalty team and got them to cancel my contract. I was happy to continue with you, until you turned my internet off for no reason. Fibre upgrade is a con - don't do it!
