    @PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

    @TalkTalk at my sister's. New customer for 4/5 weeks. Internet download speeds of 0.34 mbs yesterday. No access to Netflix. Downloading an audio book for the last 6 hours. 3/4 downloaded. Awful service. Finally sending new router. Poor show.

    @TalkTalk I spent 2H 6m online chatting to reduce my package down to all I ACTUALLY USE, only to discover right at the end, I’ve paid £62 in advance on 1/7 for services that I will now simply ‘lose’ tomorrow, with no part refund. Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

    Had a terrible experience with @TalkTalk Been charged for broadband I haven't used when I cancelled my account with them within my cooling off period and before installation. Hours of phone calls and internet chat and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Not happy. 😠

    @Lukedfrt @SkyUK If sky stick to their guns, I'll wait for my contract ends in September & will never return back to them, pulling a stunt like this. Have you heard the new @TalkTalk ad you can take a contract out with them and I will not increase the price throughout the whole of the contract

    @carriemunky79 @TalkTalk @BT @SkyUK Been with them nearly a year for TV and Internet. Not a single issue with the service in that time, engineers were great when they fitted everything and billing is exactly the same every month. No surprises.

    @TalkTalk It’s constantly making an “engaged” tone. When I dial the No from my mobile it says someone is on the phone, even when the phone is unplugged from the socket. Unable to dial out. So yes. No calls in or out = phone line not working, aka “Packed in” (common enough English phrase!)

    @TalkTalk I've already tried that Andy and it caused the problem. After being categorically told you would not claim the Direct Debit I made a card payment, you then claimed the DD the following morning. Can you not help? I'm happy to direct message.

    @virginmedia It’s been up and down at least four or five times in the last four days. This is more than 10+ years of BT and TalkTalk combined.

    @TalkTalk Thanks Mike. I switched to a new supplier in May. BT installed a fibre line & removed the old line (with your service) in error. I emailed TT the next day to explain. Not only have I not needed but I've not had any service with you since May 28 but I'm asked to pay until Aug 26

    @Ofcom I need your help regarding a complaint with @TalkTalk from day one I have been reporting slow internet and poor service than what I was promised. Cancellation department doesn't want to speak and I've been transferred to one dept to another. They also want to charge fee.

    My @TalkTalk internet router is not working. I've received an automated email saying an engineer will come out in the next 3 working days to fix the problem. It's a bank holiday weekend so it looks like the issue will not be resolved until next week! 🙄
