    @tytheevillan @TalkTalk I used to try multiple contacts: twitter/phone/email. But it was like one big merry go round. It got escalated higher and higher and still never resolved. Gave up and went elsewhere. But the service was just abysmal.

    Presents for Christmas that require internet connections but a diagnostics test from TalkTalk says they need to send out an engineer & it needs to be booked via home phone line (never used, no handset) & could cost us. I also work from home so this'll be fun Tuesday.

    I swear - our @TalkTalk WiFi goes down every other month. I go through the hassle of the check on the website. They say we need an engineer. And then it fixes itself within an hour. Bored of having to do this now.

    @iraa_pappa @TalkTalk Same for us. 42 in queue, going down to 36 in queue over 45 mins. Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? We want to leave!

    @annetho15553799 @TalkTalk You are right there Anne, I can't cancel my direct debit, they will owe me 3 weeks, you pay in advance. I've not used Talk Talk since last Tuesday. House phone not needed, pay for it but never use it. Have just broadband with new supplier x

    @AmandaHudson_70 @TalkTalk They are trying to charge me for July now in dm, wowser what an awful company. In my email it says I can cancel by 1st of July with no get out charges. I've not used Talk Talk since 15th June my last direct debit was 11th June 😫

    @TalkTalk Have a cheaper provider, been up and running for a week and no re-setting the box all the time. I'm sick of price increases. I cannot quite believe they say I have to ring and cancel then I can't, no-one available, go to website but you can't cancel online.

    @TalkTalk Oh Nikki, same thing again with that number, sorry but your call cannot be completed. I want a refund, I pay in advance, have not used Talk Talk since last Tuesday, I have a new provider, no house phone, we never use it. I'm seething.
