    Had a terrible experience with @TalkTalk Been charged for broadband I haven't used when I cancelled my account with them within my cooling off period and before installation. Hours of phone calls and internet chat and the problem still hasn't been resolved. Not happy. 😠

    @Lukedfrt @SkyUK If sky stick to their guns, I'll wait for my contract ends in September & will never return back to them, pulling a stunt like this. Have you heard the new @TalkTalk ad you can take a contract out with them and I will not increase the price throughout the whole of the contract

    @carriemunky79 @TalkTalk @BT @SkyUK Been with them nearly a year for TV and Internet. Not a single issue with the service in that time, engineers were great when they fitted everything and billing is exactly the same every month. No surprises.

    @TalkTalk Apologies for the sarcasm! If it’s part of the problem in Acocks Green then we can wait with her. If not I’m taking her back home with me. It’s just very very frustrating personally and it’s naturally distressing for my MiL being cutoff again. I’ll DM my email and mobile No.

    @TalkTalk It’s constantly making an “engaged” tone. When I dial the No from my mobile it says someone is on the phone, even when the phone is unplugged from the socket. Unable to dial out. So yes. No calls in or out = phone line not working, aka “Packed in” (common enough English phrase!)

    Just been advised by @TalkTalk customer services that they have not provided web hosting or mailbox services for sometime. Never told me until I asked for password reset that takes 48 hours with a third party! So what do they do that’s useful. #GDPR #SecureMail? #CTO #CIO

    @TalkTalk what a disgrace ! My mother is 69 years old. You have completely ignored her requests for help. Broadband installed on 6th September and has NEVER worked, all you have sent her is a bill. Disgusting. Tell us how cancel our contract within the cooling off period please

    @TalkTalk I've already tried that Andy and it caused the problem. After being categorically told you would not claim the Direct Debit I made a card payment, you then claimed the DD the following morning. Can you not help? I'm happy to direct message.

    @TalkTalk I've been using the text support today the disclaimer says there may not be an immediate reply I replied to a question at around 4.30pm it's 20.48 pm and I have just had a text back I'm tired I'm going to bed they will have to wait a bit longer for my reply

They have now changed the contact details but not the name, email or debt card so the account is still in his name. told him to sort it or cancel it bcoz I'm getting sick of it

    @TalkTalk I already spoke to someone earlier to cancel it, but I’ve still been charged for longer than I should have been and at a hugely inflated price compared to my original plan. Being told “the systems were updating” being a reason for not being able to contact me is also a joke.

    @TalkTalk My internet connection keeps disconnecting. Got a new router sent out and upgraded the broadband to see if that would fix it but I’m still getting the same problem. I use a now tv stick via WiFi and the connection is to weak to hold the connection.
