@WalnutTalking I think Virgin will work out more expensive in the long run, but it's very fast and reliable so far (1 month in). Was at my wits end with TalkTalk. Customer service beyond atrocious.

@TalkTalk at my sister's. New customer for 4/5 weeks. Internet download speeds of 0.34 mbs yesterday. No access to Netflix. Downloading an audio book for the last 6 hours. 3/4 downloaded. Awful service. Finally sending new router. Poor show.

@PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

How is it I'm having problems with all my devices intermittently connecting and disconnecting but @TalkTalk didn't believe me and said everything is fine.. everything isn't fine because I can't access the internet to do my uni work... but been told to monitor it for 2 days 😊😊

@georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Yes most definitely. I feel your pain with those idiots. I made a complaint to the CEO ended up just having to pay a cancellation charge of 60.00 instead of 200+ as I still had a while left on my contract.

@TalkTalk what is the point of having a chat function on your app if a customer doesn’t get any response at all. Also what is the point of an engineer coming a replacing wires only for the average broadband speed to plummet to an average of less 10Mbs!

@TalkTalk I’ve chatted countless time’s to online chat and get nowhere. I really want to end my contract early because the speed is so slow and forever using my phones 4G when at home

@georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

@TalkTalk I spent 2H 6m online chatting to reduce my package down to all I ACTUALLY USE, only to discover right at the end, I’ve paid £62 in advance on 1/7 for services that I will now simply ‘lose’ tomorrow, with no part refund. Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

@TalkTalk @ArmyXRPveteran 3 times last 30 days engineer has fixed issue at exchange. Over the last week router keeps rebooting 6,7,8 times a day and speed has dropped. Turn router off then on speed returns to normal. After a few minutes speed then drops and I get text saying everything gas been resolved.

@TalkTalk @BT_Openreach my 89 year old father with dementia has been without a telephone line for almost a week. Today the engineer finally attends to be told that it cannot be fixed today. This is a very poor service leaving somebody elderly very vulnerable. Disgraceful
