    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk Must say, when I was with them I never had customer service issues, left due to price increase. With most big companies it can be a bit hit and miss

    The customer service from yourselves and @TalkTalk has most definitely been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely no communication what so ever as to what is going on? We’ve been told our case has been pushed to an official complaint but still no communication

    @OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

    @TalkTalk No need to dm. Just an explanation as to why Ben at technical support couldn't point out the youview box has an app for watching now. They talked him into taking ownership of a new box, allegedly a new model but clearly not. As if your arrogant enough to think no one would check
