@OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk Must say, when I was with them I never had customer service issues, left due to price increase. With most big companies it can be a bit hit and miss

@TalkTalk I’ve been without internet for 3 days. Ive been ignored & left abandoned by a member of staff via online messenger service mid taking my internet connections apart to fix the internet at 5pm yesterday. I was emailed to call customer service but the lines closed. #help

The customer service from yourselves and @TalkTalk has most definitely been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely no communication what so ever as to what is going on? We’ve been told our case has been pushed to an official complaint but still no communication

Any chance of speaking to someone that actually had a clue what they’re doing before I terminate my service with you. 5 days ago I was told my broadband was up and running 5 days later after hours of being on hold I’m still without internet @TalkTalk absolutely joke of a company

@TalkTalk This DM service is disgraceful! I am being talked around in circles. Now all of my recordings have magically disappeared, then you instructed me to do a Factory Reset & are now blaming the disappearance on me not choosing to save my recordings. They disappeared BEFORE!!

Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

@TalkTalk Will do, thank you, the experience has given him a headache. It really isn’t good to send out links that don’t work, say that it will be resolved (& is an ongoing problem) when we called last time, then send a link which didnt work & when he called you try to charge him more

@TalkTalk cannot believe you have had an 82 year old pensioner on the phone for over an hour and a quarter while you push him from pillar to post - all this because your now tv link didn’t work and you failed to sort it out. Not a good advert for you. Totally crap service.
