@TalkTalk I spent 2H 6m online chatting to reduce my package down to all I ACTUALLY USE, only to discover right at the end, I’ve paid £62 in advance on 1/7 for services that I will now simply ‘lose’ tomorrow, with no part refund. Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

Not TalkTalk service centre saying there's no issues when multiple folk in Glasgow are experiencing the same problem. Last time I called they told me I must have stuff blocking my router (I do not) and to wait 10 days to see of it improves.

Talktalk have arranged a time to get back to me for a 3rd complaint which was escelated because they never got back to me for a 2nd complaint which was logged because they never got back to be for a 1st complaint. Who thinks they won’t get back to me this time too?
