@TalkTalk It dropped off again today whilst wfh. Called the support team and it looks like they’ve identified a hardware fault outside the house. Fingers crossed it will be sorted in a few days.

Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk Must say, when I was with them I never had customer service issues, left due to price increase. With most big companies it can be a bit hit and miss

@NightMareAlec @TalkTalk Their customer service isnt great. You have no idea how long it's taken for us to try and get it shut off in the first place they are useless like my flatmate moved out last year. She's been on the phone to them countless times and still no further forward 🙃

@TalkTalk trying to charge me a £90 termination fee for a contract renewal I didn't consent to then telling me there's 'nothing they can do'. Laughable. Sort your systems out. I never consented and didn't even receive an email from you asking about renewal for me to 'confirm'.

@TalkTalk has been bouncing me around for months, moving my case from department to department. Even had the pleasure (not) of dealing with their CEO team. They could not resolve internet issue and now they don’t want to deal with my complaint. Appalling. Worst #CustomerService
