    I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

    @WalnutTalking Moved to Virgin Media from TalkTalk last month. Best thing I did. Quite honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

    How is it I'm having problems with all my devices intermittently connecting and disconnecting but @TalkTalk didn't believe me and said everything is fine.. everything isn't fine because I can't access the internet to do my uni work... but been told to monitor it for 2 days 😊😊

    @TalkTalk what is the point of having a chat function on your app if a customer doesn’t get any response at all. Also what is the point of an engineer coming a replacing wires only for the average broadband speed to plummet to an average of less 10Mbs!

    @TalkTalk at my sister's. New customer for 4/5 weeks. Internet download speeds of 0.34 mbs yesterday. No access to Netflix. Downloading an audio book for the last 6 hours. 3/4 downloaded. Awful service. Finally sending new router. Poor show.

    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    @PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

    @TalkTalk I spent 2H 6m online chatting to reduce my package down to all I ACTUALLY USE, only to discover right at the end, I’ve paid £62 in advance on 1/7 for services that I will now simply ‘lose’ tomorrow, with no part refund. Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

    @WalnutTalking I think Virgin will work out more expensive in the long run, but it's very fast and reliable so far (1 month in). Was at my wits end with TalkTalk. Customer service beyond atrocious.

    @TalkTalk just upgraded my package with the free Amazon plug and Amazon dot thing or ring cam and nowhere can I choose which one I’d like, or know when im getting it etc I’ve tried to do chat and ring and not getting through.... please help. I just want my gift.

    Isn't it funny that whilst speaking to @TalkTalk engineer for 2 hours my Internet is faster than ever and I can watch the Apps on the TV. Strange that the next day reverts to normal slow speed and no apps 🤔. Great service eh #talktalkareshite
