Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. The copper wire is the same, but the consumer can get a different provider. But there's also fibre to home in parts of London. Agree not all the country have those possibilities (ie USO).
