@TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

Never, never use @TalkTalk They are the most appalling company. Awful customer service, and as for communication, they should be called SilenceSilence. They owe me money, and I am not letting them off the hook.

@markandersonrun @TalkTalk I was once let down by those buggers. I skipped their process and wrote straight to the CEO. They offered me my monthly bill refunded - I got £300. They didn't mess with me again.

@markandersonrun @TalkTalk I had a terrible experience in 2017 Reduced to tears of frustration while on the phone to customer services because they wouldn't let me cancel within cooling off period. Clever stalling until the time is over.
