    @TalkTalk It is still the same yeah, and we have run the checks. The line check was done and said it sorted something but issue still ongoing. Obviously can't ring the issue through as call centres shut.

    @TalkTalk Nope, green ones just keep flashing over the internet and wireless ones. I've also already tried resetting the router etc. Just a terrible, unreliable connection.

    @TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

    I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

    Oh my goodness @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking... we have been a loyal customer for years our box breaks down and you wont replace it without me paying £40 for an enginer to come and check my broadband. #byebyetalktalk

    @TalkTalk can you help please, Your service is intermittent and your customers service told me I had to wait 72hrs or fix it myself. Then they disconnected the call. I’ve had two engineers out and the problem still isn’t fixed. Poor customer service and even poorer products

    @Ofcom can you tell me if this is right? Last Wed our WiFi broke @TalkTalk haven't fixed it, we leave them to go to a new provider on Fri - we have had no WiFi for 7 days so far. I asked for money back & was told to wait 30days but as I'll no longer be a customer I'm not eligible

    @CityFibre Hi there, on your website it states that TalkTalk should be able to supply our property (PA2 - Paisley). However, their website only quotes for standard broadband and their webchat service has no idea when they will be able to provide full fibre.
