@TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

@TalkTalk I have just set up with yourselves but not a good start received first bill not 29.00 pounds like promised plus paying for tv engineer did not do anything with it and I certainly don't know what am doing also internet not the best get online then off I think I need to cancel

@TalkTalk seems that there’s problems with broadband in the Aberdare area. Any news on when it will be fixed? WiFi came back on for a minute and gone straight back off 😭

@ejames500 @Plusnet personally I'd stick with Plusnet. they are all just as bad. Vodafone screwed me over last year it took hours to sort out. TalkTalk had the worst online rants last I checked. And I'm sat here with no broadband trying to get through to them though, it's generally reliable.💤

@TalkTalk #talktalk I’ve made no progress since midday today on my internet and phone connection. Your app on my phone does not work. I chatted briefly to report the problem (now busy) and a message on ‘my account’ says it’s a problem at my end, which I doubt very much.

@TalkTalk my mother phoned in November and 10th Dec and you confirmed that her services would be cancelled with no fees today as you couldn’t provide a service at her new home. You haven’t bothered to do this- shockingly bad customer service from you yet again. Not happy at all.
