I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

Absolutely shocking service from @TalkTalk. No internet for 11 days with terrible communication. No one seems to know what the problem is and no nearer to getting the problem fixed. I was ignored and put on silent hold while was talking to an agent on the phone. Incredibly rude.

@TalkTalk no wonder you have such a bad name, Zehl told me a manager would be calling me with regards to an engineer visit, still waiting 24 hours later, now have had an email that an engineer will visit on the 10/11/22 had no internet due to your sheer incompetence

@TalkTalk Thanks, but after another day, three more calls, 2 more departments and having 3 of my family on the phone at the same time we finally found the one person out of the 17+ we've spoken to who found the issue at your end and resolved.
