    @TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

    My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

    I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

    @TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Done that already but no info available. Would be reassuring if you posted exact nature of fault a also regular updates. Talktalk must have some idea of when service might be restored.

    @TalkTalk can you help.... Internet keeps cutting out. Doing a line test run and gets to the end and says ooopps something's gone wrong..... Is it my internet or you guys? Currently on a course and keeps cutting out

    @dpouliot @talktalk We live in a very crooked world. TalkTalk internet company could not provide service to my daughter for technical reason but refuse to return deposit and threaten and want more. They are crooked greedy company. Need exposing here.

    @TalkTalk Still no landline and this matter is going on for the past 4 weeks I have informed you this matter you have sent non appointed engineer 3 weeks ago and couldn’t resolve this .. Absolutely disgraceful shocking service and tech support based in S. Africa ?

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusting service you have cut off our Internet supply by mistake and now saying over 2 weeks till you can turn it back on I have now been hung up on 5 times today alone as no-one seems to be able to cancel my contract, over 3 days and 7 hours

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup .. absolutely shocking company. My mum ordered wifi for her new home, router never turned up. Hours of trying to get hold of someone when she finally got hold of someone useful on the phones, they told her its been sent and to wait.

    @TalkTalk Why you want money for service you could not provide? That's criminal behaviour in England. Please answer why you not refund money and why you threaten for more? I am trying to be nice and will not be cheated by TalkTalk crooks
