@TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@TalkTalk such a nightmare = chat boots me out as it stopped working and now nobody is there after an hour of getting nowhere. Nobody to answer the phones!! I have a recurring issue despite having a new set top box and pay so much for this service and nobody can assist.

@MartinSLewis Firstly, I have been very lucky with Plusnet as my provider, unlucky with parent company BT and found TalkTalk the worst. Secondly, I have 7 email addresses I use for different accounts and only use the provider email for them. Thirdly, ALWAYS be prepared to walk away.

@TalkTalk all of a sudden my Wi-Fi has just gone absolutely shite, it used to be amazing with no issues but now there’s just so many problems with it!!!
