My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

We wanted was the damage fixing! No respone to any emails, not a single phone call, all false promises time an time again whether its talktalk or openreach so we reacted.Didnt mean to cause any grief for anyone and certainly not these responses. Got rid of it all now jesus

@TalkTalk please tell me how I can speak to a human in the phone about my broken Internet connection. Your automated phone bot doesn't help and I feel not listened to after speaking to 5 (yes, 5)livechat agents. Very poor customer service.

Gonna have to get rid of @TalkTalk. Bloody internet is always going down and it's not good enough 🤬 Today, it's been down since 6am and still can't get any decent help to resolve. Paying for a service that they are not providing. Useless.

Hi @TalkTalk, was supposed to have an engineer round to set up new broadband yesterday so took time off work, no one showed and now can't get someone out for almost another three weeks! Please can you help, need connected sooner than that!

@TalkTalk Hi there, I can't log in to your forums at the moment (and changing my password made no difference), and also, my usage figures show three days in the past week with no usage despite the fact I've been online and watching videos on those days. Do you have a problem at your end?
