I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

@TalkTalk You are always checking the line though! Your engineer had been here twice and the engineer for Open Reach had been here and things are still not right and I am paying for a service that I’m not happy with! It’s not good enough!

@southard01 I would stay away from sky and talktalk mate. Worst of the worst. Virgin cust service is dogshit but you can get more reliable speeds esp for gaming/ streaming and through ethernet.

@TalkTalk I've tried to tell the support website however they stated they'll put my case lower on the priority list if I keep messaging. I don't feel like talking after hearing that.

@TalkTalk why should someone wait 24 hours for the router to stabilise when the connection is fine but the router is faulty? That's just poor. Experienced on behalf of my sister and not me thank GOD I don't have TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk my remote is so ridiculous. Half the time it just cannot change channels, show the TV guide or other functions. What is more annoying that I don't even have a phone number to get help. And you still increase the subscription, seems like you're here to make money only

@TalkTalk My partner has dementia Altzhimers and Vascular. He pays the TV licence so the account his in his name but I pay the bill. I was told they can't deal with my complaint unless I register. You allow me to pay the bill though without registering? Account name is Derek Groundwell
