  I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

  @TalkTalk Not really helpful when I waited in all day yesterday for the enginner to not be able to set up my Wi-Fi, and then for no one to be able to help me today, so a further day wasted

  @TalkTalk Just moved home. Promised my internet would be swapped over and ready for the 1st Feb. Not working. @TalkTalk decide to undertake essential updates on a working day. What an utter bunch of inadequate *****. All responsible for today should be sacked.

  Been trying to sort out a broadband problem for an elderly couple in our village most of the day. @TalkTalk's system has been down for so long I'm beginning to wonder if they haven't paid their broadband bill at Head Office.
