    @TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

    I recall Dido Harding presiding over data hacking twice as CEO at TalkTalk.The ICO concluded ‘security failings at talk talk allowed a hacker to access customer data with ease’. Dido is presiding over IT failings of UK’s track n trace. She’s Chris Grayling of the business world

    @CarabinerIT @TalkTalk Then, issue was mobile on record different from my mum's present number. Surely this cannot be used to confirm person's identity. It's not a fixed number. My parents have been customers for ages with bills just going up... I cried in frustration and helplessness.

    @CarabinerIT @TalkTalk Thanks a million again for your help. Issue remains unresolved. My parents are in sheltered housing, I'm not there with them. Took over an hour today to pass through security with talk talk as their English is rudimentary and talk talk refused to speak to me.

    This morning at 8.40 I receive a call from Talktalk about my 'complaint' (???) She knew nothing about it or had any info about the 4 hours I was on FB and the phone to Talktalk trying to resolve it. Calls were with someone called Kirk/Manchester. assured a call 12.00. NO CALL

    @TalkTalk As I say, this has been sorted and the account names have been changed. But for the customer service agent to insist that it had to have been my father who upgraded his account three months after he died is preposterous.
