    So I’ve had absolutely garbage WiFi from @TalkTalk & now we have changed providers we can’t even get through to anyone to cancel with them. Crap service and then you can’t even cancel

    @TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

    @RayClenshaw @TalkTalk I completely understand the situation but they've passed me from pillar to post and ALLL website/web forms are broken. Such a simple request but unable to communicate to get an answer.

    @PedroStephano @virginmedia Both TalkTalk routers or the Netgear when plugged in don’t give me internet. Openreach told me my line was unstable. TalkTalk profile was set at 3 instead of minimum 6 but despite all that they conclude it’s my router causing the issues. I don’t see how neither of 3 works

    @bt_uk I sign a new contract your part of the deal is to provide services and you have failed for 208 days. Well maybe Sky, Virgin, talktalk, plusnet want a customer who pays who stays with his provider and is loyal. This is making feel.horrible and @BT_UK it feels you just don't care

    @zeninternet Thank you. I have previously switched routers. Now @talktalk broadband is down. I tried an extra TalkTalk router and a Netgear router than do t give me internet either. But they tell me there would be an authentication needed for the new router. I am sceptical.
