@TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

Wow @TalkTalk and their customer service is on point. Not. Speak to them on chat apparently they can’t do it told to ring the number closed he then tells me he’ll pass me on. No replies. Apparently chats now closed too. Maybe it’s not worth being a new customer after all 🤔

@TalkTalk Absolutely terrible service. In early December 2021 reported my sister’s death as she was a customer. I got stuck In a loop with live Chat and then when there was a point blank refusal to provide a callback eons waiting for a human being to answer the call I was being charged 4
