  @TalkTalk My dad complained his phone not working 3 weeks ago, Reported it to you as he’s disabled and reliant on his care assist button to call for help for falls etc. He had a heart attack Sunday and couldnt call for help! He’s in Hosp now! He should’ve been high priority!!

  @talktalk my dad had heart attack after waiting weeks for landline to be fixed. He couldn’t call for help, now in hospital! Still not fixed and hospital saying that if he had help earlier then he wouldn’t in intensive care! That is your fault! Can we please get issue sorted!!!

  @VodafoneUK Hi, why is the DM system so slow? I cancelled a TalkTalk contract before I tried Vodaphone. I would have no problem cancelling this if you can’t sort my phone.
