@TalkTalk webchat service is awful. Trying to renew my contract online and remove the tv but it won't let me. After 25 mins of the person asking irrelevant questions and delaying I have up. Maybe time to look for a new provider I'm afraid 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

@KeithSNewman @TalkTalk It's to install full fibre (i work at home have seen openreach installing fibre in neighbourhood) but we also never asked for it and can't find any info about it including if it costs anything.
