    @TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I have spent the last 3 hours on live chat trying to get a simple WiFi problem recognised. 3 chats so far. 2 different chats have ended abruptly. Perhaps the agents are as frustrated as I am. I’m no further forward. This is genuinely soul destroying.
