    @TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

    @BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

    @TalkTalk Can somebodyplease ring me about my broadband!! It is terrible! I rang on Wednesday and have been waiting for a cLl back since. That call was 1hr 45mins and no resolution!! Terrible service!!

    @TalkTalk 7 days no connection at all...New box sent, still not working. 72 hour wait for call back (at selected time) rang out of selected time so couldn't take call. Paying out for apps I can't access, paying for connection I don't have. Please help, @TalkTalk

    My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

    @TalkTalk why are landline services in Rhyl taking so long to recover. We have been without a service since early Monday morning 25th January. No help at all and several people have personal medical alarm systems that are not working. This is very distressing and we need answers.

    **** WiFi, noone speaks English, didnt get the guaranteed download speeds before and not getting them now. Numerous missed appointments upon setting up, Engineers blaming faulty router, replaced and still didn't get the new connection we asked for. @TalkTalk not good enough

    @TalkTalk I'm someone that just buys a service and if it works im happy and never revisit to look at bills and stuff,i happened to log in my acc and noticed in '19 my contract elapsed,if i renew it,do i get that new swankey router for free? been with u for years :-) wink wink :-)
