My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@TalkTalk Nothing today but your customer service seriously needs addressing. Main issue is language barriers but I've yet to have a problem resolved on first call. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and only laziness stops me moving away.

@TalkTalk I rang 0345 172 0088. A recorded message said the quickest way to resolve my issue was to text your messaging service. They have responded and have removed the talk talk tv charge they say

@TalkTalk My mother in law still has no phone and no internet. She lives alone and she’s 94 in September. She’s vulnerable. How is it possible that Talktalk have not been able to fix this yet. It’s been a week!

@bal_acks You realise physical landlines & service providers can be distinct (eg TalkTalk landline)? The copper wire is the same, but the consumer can get a different provider. But there's also fibre to home in parts of London. Agree not all the country have those possibilities (ie USO).

@TalkTalk completely awful company, doorstepped my son miss sold him a product in his student accom, they already had from another provider through the letting agent. Salesman lying & pushy tried to cancel but you’re customer service shocking @MartinSLewis #watchdog #broadband
