My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

@TalkTalk In all honesty I don't wish to dm as the last time I was given the run around and then silence. I'm insulted by being fobbed off and want to formally complain, there is no reason my email should be invalid!! I think this is a poor excuse and bad customer service.
