  My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

  @CarabinerIT @TalkTalk Well then that's interesting 🤔 shame as well had no issues with them up until about 3 weeks ago, now I can't even get hold of them and it looks like they've disabled their live chat options 🤦

  @Andrew96927752 @TalkTalk I have found that their status page doesn't always reflect what's going on on their network and I've had to wait hours to 'chat' to someone only to find I was in an affected area.

  @TalkTalk well I can safely say that the Internet has been a big pile of poo today! What's a stable connection because I haven't seen any. Mobile phones on 4G all day. Computers not working! Come on - sort it out - what am I paying for??? 😡

  @TalkTalk For crying out loud. Getting constant outages daily, getting pretty sick of it now. I don't seem to see any other providers getting this many problems. You won me back from leaving a few months ago but the service is appalling.
