A little story about @TalkTalk concludes... Wednesday 6th March - call centre closed so go on live chat. A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!

SO frustrated with @TalkTalk .Dad cant access email any more: my husband has POA & is trying to cancel Dad’s landline. They say they can ONLY email my Dad. They can’t post a final bill to him, nor email or post it to my husband. It’ll stay unread, unopened & unpaid in Dad’s inbox

So who is the best broadband provider these days, I’ve got 2 weeks left on my contract with @TalkTalk honestly not had any issues with them, he’ll I even used to work for them but they are not offering any renewal deals. It’s as if they want to get rid of existing customers

@TalkTalk I spoke to customer service agents on the phone and live chat and I kept getting passed from dept to depth, left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!

@TalkTalk #talktalk horrendous service, overcharged an 88 yr pensioner £650, 5 months, 25 calls to them and 23 failed calls from them, no resolution string of failed promises shameful

@jujuadams I have to pay my talktalk bills either in edge or chrome mobile because otherwise it loads a blank page, but the actual service has been 100% solid. Virgin's website was fine when I used it and that **** dropped out *Constantly*

@TalkTalk I’ve been your customer for a very long time and this network issue has never happened and I had no wifi for a week thanks to you I missed a online meeting and I had to cancel my contract and switch to @virginmedia

@TalkTalk can I request a callback please. 3 times I’ve wasted money calling you guys, 3 times it was said to me ‘it should be working now’ and 3 times it’s not. I upgraded to this service and now been without internet for 3 weeks!!! Unbelievable
