@BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@TalkTalk That isn't compensation for not providing service levels. Thats compensation for non install. I've had my contract for over a year. If you guarantee speeds and don't provide customers should be refunded #badservice #talktalk

Hey @UswitchUK given the rise in #spam/#phishing texts could you please update your site to indicate whether #mobile providers support "Short SMS", since this is used to report them and it's annoying ending up on a provider - @TalkTalk in my case - which prevents that reporting
