    @BBCWatchdog - we eventually paid #talktalk 6 months of the remaining contract to get away from them. They were just awful on every level. Simply appalling service and bandwidth.

    @TalkTalk Can somebodyplease ring me about my broadband!! It is terrible! I rang on Wednesday and have been waiting for a cLl back since. That call was 1hr 45mins and no resolution!! Terrible service!!

    My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

    @TalkTalk Dropping connection is just one of the issues I have and if you can see into my account sort out a response to my email. DMs won't resolve the issues dealing with the issues will resolve them. All I want is a written reply to my written complaint. Is that too much to ask.

    @TalkTalk You charge me for an engineer when your infrastructure is at fault, I call customer services to be spoken to rudely and advised that they can not hear me and will call me back... to which they have not. Please help me resolve this ASAP (Thank you Social Media team)

    @TalkTalk funny how if I sign up with you your fibre 65 package is £22 per month, but as an existing customer upgrading it's £27, a perfect example of how to loose a customer in one easy step
