Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! A chap called Justin advises I can't get TalkTalk services at my address.. I advised I had them set up only the day before and he says he can't help me and ends the chat!!!!
