Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Went back to the old settings and again worked fine for a couple of days. Tried new settings again but not working so back to the old tiscali settings which is OK at the moment.
