@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk All internet service providers are the same. I would so far as to say any provider of any “service” is the same. Welcome to call centre dystopia. Welcome also to fixed price contracts that are not fixed price contracts - how do they legally get away with that too?

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Was in a fight with them over so-called unpaid bills - I didn't owe a penny. Over a year of horrid stress culminated in them dropping their charge the day before court. I hate them.

@TalkTalk I'll be reporting you to trading standards today. My wife has spent most of the morning trying to cancel an old phone line we no longer need which is out of contract, and your operators in both your call centre and online chat have refused to do so, citing ridiculous excuses.
