@TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

Oh my goodness @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking... we have been a loyal customer for years our box breaks down and you wont replace it without me paying £40 for an enginer to come and check my broadband. #byebyetalktalk

I’m cross for my daughter who has had terrible service from @WeAreOpenreach. Lost internet 13 days ago (Storm Arwen), has been told it will be fixed 23 Dec. Not as bad as having no power tho. @TalkTalk have bn brill, but need OpenReach to fix. OR seem to be accountable to no one.

@TalkTalk well slow Internet speed well below contract. According to the regulator and a tweet from TT the countdown to free termination started two days ago. No action so far but I bet they will try to take me round in circles again....sorry please DM us, what a joke

@TalkTalk so after 30 days of no internet with Talk Talk. Countless (and I mean countless) conversations via phone, online chat, tech team, engineer sent. Last resort changed to BT, within 3 hours issue solved, internet now live. My advice STAY AWAY FROM @TalkTalk

I don’t know if there is a worse internet provider than @TalkTalk horrendous service that blinks out for no reason all the time. Having to link my phone to carry on working from home

I recommend NO ONE USE @TalkTalk ! Contacted about cancelling my contract as my services didn’t work for 3 months still to this date and yet they ignored my request to sort my connection and tv box & yet nothing! Then after calling to cancel they still haven’t and taken £99!THEFT
