    I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

    @TalkTalk i Paul Belton am phoning them on Monday but even so we were told it would be fixed within 24 hours My partner Julie has an important online appointment with the doctor but as its so slow and connection keeps dropping i doubt it will happen

    Email has been hacked and people in my address book being asked for money. Passed all security questions and now told 72 hours for a password reset and up to 24 hours for the account to be disabled. The damage the scammers are doing is ridiculous @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk my internet keeps dropping out intermittently and your chat told me to get a WiFi extender for a one bedroom flat... How will that help the internet box dropping out? This is very frustrating. How can I get it sorted?

    @TalkTalk Why has my internet speed gone down from 50 to 0.5 since the fibre was installed. i was told it would be fixed in 24 hours that was on Thursday when the engineer told me to phone you.
