I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

@TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

@TalkTalk It is still the same yeah, and we have run the checks. The line check was done and said it sorted something but issue still ongoing. Obviously can't ring the issue through as call centres shut.

@TalkTalk I am cancelling account as father has moved into care home. People moving in would like to stay with TalkTalk , already your customer. Both parties received text messages saying problem please ring 0345172007. Neither of us can get through. It’s a simple enough task.

@TalkTalk It's a full fibre account Amii, no disrespect meant but you'll tell me to call which is what I am going to be doing from 5.30pm to 8pm. And also what I have been doing since 10 November and still never had the account cancelled.

I am a @TalkTalk Fibre 65 customer. The service is expected to deliver 67 Mbps download. But I never received more than 25 Mbps on any devices in my house. I contacted customer service, who told me even the service suppose to deliver 67Mbps but the minimum throughput is 21.8 Mpbs

@TalkTalk there is a serious problem related to Talk Talk. On November 9th, our ADSL internet and landline were disconnected and your service could not reconnect yet and this is now costing us 100 £ in calls.

@TalkTalk My contract ended in November, called 30 days before the end and made it clear that am not continuing, surprisingly it was rolled over I called again and was promised to that it will be cancelled by 12 December now am being billed . Your customer service are putting me on hold
