Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!
