    @TalkTalk It is still the same yeah, and we have run the checks. The line check was done and said it sorted something but issue still ongoing. Obviously can't ring the issue through as call centres shut.

    @TalkTalk your customer services is horrendous. Ring up to cancel a policy & I can’t either understand a word of what’s being said, they cut me off or you can’t hear thing due to people talking in the background, it’s a like a cattle market!! Can someone DM to deal with this ASAP

    I've discovered that if you're not with Virgin for broadband you have Openreach, they service all others from Sky to EE, TalkTalk to BT. Also, Openreach outsource work so beware dodgy contractors!

    @DrBaggins1 tried using a twitter "helpdesk" myself last night. Turns out the item I thought was faulty "might be faulty" Great help lads, thanks. I think they used to work for talktalk

    @TalkTalk Thanks Mercy, but I doubt you understand the source of the problem at a ground level as certain areas don't seem to be in co-operation. When one is ok the other isn't , mis-leading each other whilst leaving the situation on the ground hard work.

    @frontierglobal @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Similar. Terrible. It took me an absolute age to be able terminate my account with them...even after I'd switched to a new provider, TalkTalk continued taking/stealing money from my bank account - I ended up having to get my bank to phone them on my behalf. They're a nightmare.

    @TalkTalk I'm sorry but I've had 3 different people try and help me today and two bots, and that doesn't change the fact that an engineer didn't turn up, I lost money from work, and now he's not coming for 3 days.

    After speaking to many @TalkTalk staff still no resolution. Problem now with @Openreach who don’t work weekends! Even though it’s a priority case. Problem won’t be fixed Monday but will be reviewed. So no internet for a week and that’s priority! Hmmmm

    While on phone to @TalkTalk we also on live chat to them and get told actually it’s not been activated. So what really is this issue! Why isn’t it fixed! Why don’t they care that they are damaging her health.
