@TalkTalk completely awful company, doorstepped my son miss sold him a product in his student accom, they already had from another provider through the letting agent. Salesman lying & pushy tried to cancel but you’re customer service shocking @MartinSLewis #watchdog #broadband

@TalkTalk since upgrading my internet connection it’s been awful. 5 years fine, the last month crap. I’ve ended up with a cable running around the outside of the house looks like crap and a router on the wall. The service is awful

@TalkTalk I need to speak to complaint manager in the uk and not from abroad as they are useless and don’t understand due to the language barrier. I have not been able access or receive or send emails due to a server error your end since 9 December not good enough!

@TalkTalk Finally sorted after 3 hours. Customer service personnel need more training. Only when speaking to a manager after sending a tweet did we get understood!

@BatsouElef 100Mbps unlimited for 34€ is considered "bad" nowadays? I feel old... In the UK I am paying £46.46 for 33Mbps (TalkTalk). It used to be £33 but that was a teaser rate that went away once the contract expired. Also, what matters just as much is upload rates. I'm getting 8Mbps.
