    @ohnorobot @TalkTalk This is so, so bad. It's negligent in many ways but the amount of stress debt collection letters cause = horrendous. @TalkTalk should be investigating what is going wrong in their system, or more likely, why their system is designed to be this way

    Why do I have to tweet to get technical issues with my account solved? Your staff haven’t a clue what they’re doing @TalkTalk and @TalkTalkGroup do better.

    @TalkTalk Not a chance I have tried on numerous occasions as has my daughter. Not only have we got nowhere but some staff have been rude. I am hoping the promise of a call between 10 and 12 today goes ahead. I am seeking compensation and have handed my case to a 3rd party to deal with.

    In three days Resolver says i can escalate this to the @TalkTalk CEO. I'm exhausted. All i want is to never speak to TalkTalk customer service about this issue again without worry of them coming after me for something I don't owe. Hopefully after this, i can.

    @TalkTalk Can you explain why twice in a month we have had to contact talk talk to send someone to fix our internet and twice they have not turned up, we've had shocking service for the past 6 weeks getting less than subpar service.
