Scrapped once identified.

I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

Now they’ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

I'd do three things, check to see if you can see the router on your WiFi on your phone - if so it may be you just need to reconnect ur phone

Kevin Blezard (@KevinBlezard) reported@Tonysmini @TalkTalk Yes tried all the ports and reset. I think they haven't activated the service through BT or Openreach. They said yesterday I had to wait 72 hours. To me that sounds as though waiting for activation. I had a later installation date initially and I bet they cancelled the wrong one.
