Now they’ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

Scrapped once identified.

I have VDSL line up (showtime) however unable to obtain ip via dhcp. When is it going to be fixed realistically? Started around 2pm.

Do you treat customers like this? Lost out on £1600 so far. Been on call since 8.30am and been transferred 8 times. Don't Buy Talktalk.
