I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

Now theyโve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details donโt match. Call me cynical but itโs a quick way to resolve!
