    Truly terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. Asked to speak to a manager and told they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Absolutely shameful. Glad I have switched my broadband provider to @Hyperoptic at least they appreciate their customers.

    @TalkTalk really disappointing service from you today. Been disconnected since 9:30am and have been on with agents ever since via live chat - the last of whom has just decided to terminate the chat without a word. I'm working from home and am currently having to tether! Not good!

    @kazzaloveslife I'm using TalkTalk Faster Fibre (35mb), I have been with them for over 7 years and have had no issues. I can't get Full Fibre until BT OpenReach has upgraded the network and gets rid of the Telegraph Poles and Copper lines into the property.

    @TalkTalk your customer service agents need to listen to customer's concerns not try to upsell. Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk Yet again my mum has lost her broadband connection. She is in Chesterfield. Tried chat and calling last 2 times but you don't seem to grasp the problem. Who do I complain to when I ring again tomorrow?

    @TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

    The really annoying thing is that our Internet was fine, occasionally a bit slow, but now its absolutely terrible. We were told it would be much faster, its worse than its ever been. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I have been a customer since 2018. I want to upgrade, but I have been told have to sign a new 2 year contract? Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay £36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

    @TalkTalk It was a @TalkTalk representative who rang my husband, (who actually wanted to change provider) he was talked into super duper fast Internet & tv package. We would NEVER have agreed if you had told us it wasn't going to work properly for at least 2 weeks.

    @TalkTalk are an absolute joke. Pushed me to upgrade to future fibre, sent the engineer out a day late and never sent me a new router. Now they’ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

    @sueelawrence Thanks Sue. I agree with you on @TalkTalk Ive wasted ages on here trying to get help only now to be told I need to ring the dedicated full fibre team. Absolute waste of time. It's really annoying as everything was absolutely fine 'till it was updated.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup left you after 6 months of engineers, crap broadband and worse service. Got a wrong final bill. Owed you £2.31 whilst you changed bill charged me a late fee and passed the debt to a recovery company. Going to cost you alot more than £12.50 when I'm done.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup have experienced the worst customer service of my life so so glad I went back to BT. Disgusting. Staff are incompetent. Trying to get money I don't owe. Don't reply to emails phone calls are endless & pointless.

    @cip11791 I can imagine it’s very hectic for you - well done for keeping it all up though! Thanks - so do I but the service I’m getting from @TalkTalk is just awful so it doesn’t look like it’ll get sorted any time soon😒 they set my line up wrong and then won’t even set me up a new one! X

    @TalkTalk Interent has been down 3 days. Openreach engineer was supposed to come out and sort the fault with the box on the street but don't think anyone has been as the Interent is still not working
