    Just wanna say @TalkTalk are very good at sending demands for payment but awful at making it accessible to pay. Spent an hour on the phone this morning sorting out M’s last payment for her, English isn’t her first language and even I struggled!

    @TalkTalk It says I cannot connect. My phone says WiFi is on when I look but it’s using 4G. We’ve had this problem before with you, it sped up and worked for about a day and then gradually gets worse.

    @TalkTalk No I haven’t. I’m on 18 month contract. I need WiFi for working at home. I’m also running a website that I’ve not been able to access. There’s an engineer now booked in for next Saturday but that’s another week. I’ve had issues with TalkTalk since last August tbh. I’m not happy.

    @TalkTalk your service is shocking. I’ve had issues with my broadband for months now & no one can come out because I work full time. People on the phones give me different info everytime. It’s ridiculous that I’m paying £20 a month for NO WIFI. @bt_uk I’m coming to you!

    @virginmedia recently switched from what I thought was the worst provider (talktalk) out there, only to find that the virgin media Wi-Fi is even worse! I phoned them, they told Me this is what I should expect and to get a range extender. I did. Thats £80 wasted! #virginmediasucks

    @TalkTalk @talk Said because there was partial service We dnt qualify because we stpd complaing in between those months customer services said would only pay compo from 26 Dec until 6 Jan which proves u only responded when l got angry and had enough!!!

    @TalkTalk Called loyalty twice again today. Really bad line. Calling from my landline too. Got cut off on both occasions. Staff couldn’t care less. Can’t face calling again. What do you suggest!! Just want to talk to someone in the UK. This is such a bad service
