@TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

@Victoria1867 @TalkTalk My mum's experience of @TalkTalk is nearly as bad. Cockwombles all of them. The only reason she doesn't switch is because of the hassle. If that was me, I'd be gone in a flash.

@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

@TalkTalk The issues can’t be fixed by me DMing you the issue is that the service is unreliable to the property since the service was installed 4 months ago a week hasn’t passed where there wasn’t some sort of issue with the service dropping

@mototingle Can’t be as bad as TalkTalk- had an issue with box no signal was asked about 6 times to do same action gave up on them said I’m off and put phone down - then signed up with Sky - 2 yrs later no problems so far.
