    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

    @talktalk you want to close ccops ltd down they're a disgrace. I quit yesterday. They're not even paying their employers that leave nor paying into their employers pensions either! And you really want to sort the management out there. Disgraceful. In fact just burn the building.

    @TalkTalk Thanks, Vicky. I tried an online chat this morning but it took so long I had to give up as I was due to do other things today. the issue still isn’t fully resolved, so I will try later this evening. Still frustrated!

    @TalkTalk major phone line problems in OL16 several older age people have purchased new phone systems but problem is definitely the line.

    @TalkTalk even after coming out to solve a problem that would never be solved its about Time you admitted defeat and let us leave. @three is just the same with my phone network both need to be avoided. 🙄😒

    @Amy_1867 EE is good. Get over 70mbps at 32 quid a month..... TalkTalk are horrendous. Was promised 38mbps only got 20 and connection kept dropping out. And their customer service is shocking

    @TalkTalk I've called customer service. Account is in my partner's name so can't really do anything with it at the moment. Request to change providers is in my name so I suspect this may be the issue.

    Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

    @kazzaloveslife I'm using TalkTalk Faster Fibre (35mb), I have been with them for over 7 years and have had no issues. I can't get Full Fibre until BT OpenReach has upgraded the network and gets rid of the Telegraph Poles and Copper lines into the property.

    @TalkTalk are an absolute joke. Pushed me to upgrade to future fibre, sent the engineer out a day late and never sent me a new router. Now they’ve cut off my old broadband and there is no one available to sort the problem as they go home at 6pm! Utter joke of #broadband company!

    @TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

    @TalkTalk They tell me they are too busy & it will be a long time before they can get to me! Told me to check online to track a fault. Nothing has been updated and it has been logged so many times. I tried phoning & they just pass you to the website. What is going on? Abysmal service!

    @TalkTalk Our internet has been virtually non-existent for days even though Openreach are supposed to have fixed the exchange. Obviously not!What’s going on TalkTalk? I have a fault logged but I can’t even access your website from my phone. We so need to cancel our contract with you!

    @TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach Tomorrow, Friday, will be our 5th day without an internet connection/broadband. It says on your website there is a problem but in the meantime we are without broadband and apps and having to use mobile data. Can you help? Elizabeth

    @TalkTalk Utterly abysmal customer service. Initial chat online re: end of my contract; misinformed and dismissed. Apparently escalated to Customer Service management to hear back within 24 hours. Nothing; it's two weeks later. #badcustomerservice @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk 100% DOGSHIT. Worse internet provider in the UK. Charge you more for guaranteed all round the house internet and it cuts off. Reddit threads about it and they still do nothing. Worse company I have ever given money too. Useless customer service.

    @TalkTalk Hi the link doesn’t work, and as a consumer it should be my right to pay via my chosen paid method. This being over the phone, however as a consumer im now restricted due to being transferred to overseas agents with limited English / poor understanding.

    @TalkTalk I get angry when I haven't had food since yesterday so cancel my ******* account stop making new ones trying to waste up my "cooling off" period I long cooled off and you wont let me cancel because of your "system"
