    @TalkTalk Yes, current customer of good standing... 20ish years man and boy with payments always via Direct Debit and always on time. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

    @TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

    Absolutely disgusting #CustomerService from @TalkTalk over the past few days. A total of 1hr 54mins on hold, been cut off 3 times & then it's taken 17 mins to cancel account. Why SO many questions, some personal, when all I want to do is cancel, definately won't use them agai

    Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

    @TalkTalk The broadband speed to my router on the 7 day graph you supply in my account has been steadily decreasing from 33Mbps a couple of weeks ago to 27Mbps today. Can you increase my speed somehow at your end in my account settings? Not sure why it's gone down so much. Thanks

    @TalkTalk I can access my emails but i need to access my wife's email and to do that i need to access my account and "manage my emails" but every time i have logged in it says technical issues please try again. My wife cannot access her email + we were told i could do it through my account

    @TalkTalk It’s just every other night. Realistically it’s probably more noticeable because I work late but if it continues beyond this spell of bad weather I’ll have it looked at. Are there any known issues in CA2?

    @TalkTalk Got through finally. Terrible call quality. Massive delay between me talking and them hearing. Really poor by @TalkTalk but also nothing less than we except from broadband providers these days .
