@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel contract for a month & all contact options are closed. The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

@TalkTalk Yes, current customer of good standing... 20ish years man and boy with payments always via Direct Debit and always on time. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

@TalkTalk cut off internet after 8 days as a new customer. Took full monthly payment. Cut off 5 days before due to. Refusing to turn it back on and now loss of earnings for 3 of those 5 days as having to work from home due to lockdown. Can only turn it back on if I sign back up!

@TalkTalk Hello, my account number is 1012646155. I spoke with a help desk person on Friday who was excellent and she advised that talk talk need to wait until they get a report from the open reach engineer. I am happy to wait till Monday, but this needs to be sorted out urgently.
